22 💪 I've just turned 61...Was big into weights in the late 70s and 80s then the usual treadmill of life took over...Just recently reignited my passion for bodybuilding and playing catch-up on everything I missed...What an inspiration you are Jay...Love the way you are pumping back into the scene everything you have learned over the years...Thanks for sharing 👍🙏
22 💪! I’m getting fit for 39, I found Jay’s style of training, high volume and focused on pump instead of focusing on ego boosting weights great. It has really worked great on my body and no pain or risk of injury whatsoever. Thanks for the motivation and sharing you wisdom with us Jay.
👋 42 & Ovarian Cancer Survivor here- glad you are here!! I’m so sorry you had to battle this as well though! Pray 🙏 you are alright…. Jay is the best truly! Been a huge fan since 96 time frame
Respect to you. One day at a time. Thanks for sharing. We don't know each other but you have inspired me with your message. Big love, stay strong, kindest regards, Richard U.K
Glad to hear you are getting back to training after the battle. I've battled it twice and watched videos on patients training during and after treatments and that help me to get through it and after the treatments.
Truely an inspiration. It was nearly 20 years ago when i got my first body building magazines featuring Jay cutler. I can't believe what kind of physique this guy still has!
22 💪, 49 yrs old, was 350lbs, now im 290, been watching your videos and following a similar kind of diet, and ive lose 60 lbs and feel 100% better, i continue to eat 5-6 meals a day and heavy lift around 2 hrs a day, 6 days a week, thanks Jay for the inspiration
Love Jays Humility. He doesn’t act like a know it all like these other influencers even tho he probably does know it all haha, also how he keeps his camera man engaged and sounds genuine in all convos.
I like Jays honesty about being bored and not wanting to work out weeks out from the Olympia, I’m sure in really it was more physiological as he was taxing his body to be a champion, I think people need to hear that struggle at that level. People try to go hard who have never went hard then feel guilty or as though the fit life isn’t for them, but an elite champion can share that struggle, it helps with reality.
💪22 Jay and I are the same age. I have not worked out in 3 years. Your fit for 50 has been a huge inspiration! Dr. told me I had to do something different. I have watched your videos everyday and have managed to get off of 2 meds already with a clean diet and exercise. Keep it up brother, age is only a number!
Jay big up from Ireland 🇮🇪 am 53 years and still loving weight training , Been a big fan of yours and Dorian Yates .. love the jay walks and great motivation..respect and love to you and your Family .
💪22, 38 getting back into working out. Been long time, lost a lot of motivation and mental battles and struggles in life. Eating the best I have now and working out hard in the gym. You have been an inspiration to me and motivate me everyday to be a better in person and life. Thanks Jay
Jay your looking good, I’m 45 and you definitely keep me motivated to train, I’m also a Police Officer, so I have to stay strong hood bless Jay money and muscles let’s get it💪22
💪 22! Crushing it for the transformation brother! 47 years old the day after you shot this. I train everyday because it keeps my head on straight. 30-60 fasted cardio. An hour for volume per group. Thanks for the content gentlemen. This one made the hour of fasting cardio easy.
💪 22 58 yr old soon to be 59 Aug 14th cancer survivor. Want to do a fit for 60! Just had 2x hernia surgeries, but now time to stop using or making excuses for 40yrs not to do something about my own physical wants. Thanks for the inspiration Mr. O!
I really like your videos, Jay. Big fan here, and I really appreciate how approachable and down to earth you seem to be. I’m a bodybuilder myself, not a competitive level one, just like to look good, and you’re a big inspiration. Keep up the good work, man! 💪😃
@50:00 fancy salt and pepper dispensers,. Thought the first one was a torch when the light came on,. Like you were about to iron chef Cutler it and caramelize everything until you grabbed the second one, good times,.. and already a proud investor in fat gripz,..
22 💪 I just subscribed recently. Going back and watching some of your older videos. Just got my arm day in last night and this morning. Hit my biceps hard last night and triceps at like 50%. This morning i hit my triceps hard and forearms. Arms are feeling good. Now about to go jaywalking with the dogs and get that cardio. Take care 👍
💪22. Been watching and following your career since 2002 when I was in high-school. You were a huge inspiration for me growing up and working out. You really show that you can be near 5p and still strong and fit!
💪22 1/2 I want to see a video series where a person can win a visit from you to work out in their local gym. That would be killer. That would be watched by millions.
Hi Jay , long time fan of your,s , I think you're videos are awesome! I've learned so much by watching you work out. I've been training on and off since I was 20, I'm now 54 years old just wanted to say you on my idol
💪🏽22 I’m 52 years old and Love your workout videos! Always giving great tips and I’m always picking up new things from you. I really appreciate it.🇺🇸👍🏽
💪22. I'm glad to see your pup is healing nicely and is in no pain. I lift a little unconventional. I build different equipment and incorporate heavy items from nature into my lifting. I guess you could call me a Deadlift Hippie. Thanks for showing Kilo. What an environment.
💪22. I’m late with this but I love this content! I’m 5 weeks post op open heart surgery ( aortic valve replacement). You give me tons of motivation to make a full recovery! I start cardiac rehab this week and look forward to making gains. Thanks
💪22 -- understanding your approach to longevity helped me break the cycle of aggravating old injuries. No dount saved me from some new ones too. Thanks man.
💪 22 love your channel, Jay. I follow your advice and I always do triceps first and biceps second. It really does give me a much better arm pump. I am a huge fan of yours. I bought several of your products. I used your signature hand strap every pull day. I have never used thick grips before. I probably should start, I have no forearms. Thank you Jay, for the videos. I wish I could look like you at 50.
💪 22 .... Love this! Been following you since you guest posed at my first bodybuilding show in Boulder, CO in 2003 ... and watching you since you were on with John Meadows... I love the training and nutrition advice... and have also followed Chris Aceto as a result of you guys. I appreciate you Jay and Dave!
I workout after work about 2 am been on it for about 2 years. I like having all the equipment to myself . I'm always trying out what new ways to wreck my life lol. I really enjoy your videos
💪22 This is the first video of yours I've watched and I really enjoyed it. I'm 51 and I'm still trying to find a routine that works for me. I just started lifting again about 18 months ago. I had a pair of those Air Jordans when I was in high school back in the late 80s!
💪22: I have always focused on my lower body strength. I'm finally weight training my upper body and learned I also need to condition the strength in my grip and wrist. My respect has grown for anyone that has continued Bodybuilding long-term. I've learned Bodybuilding isn't just a lifestyle or sport, it's a strategic art.
💪🏼22 thanks for the awesome video Jay! I haven’t been in a gym for 6 months due to injury. I’m not even sure what I did to my foot and achilles, but the doctors had break my heel and shave it down and cut the achilles. Then I had a foot infection that put me back further. I have gained 20lbs of unhealthy weight. The good news is I’m back in the gym this week! I’m feeling good and the VA is sending me to get the correct therapy needed!
@TheFame5000 thank you! One of my biggest challenges so far is the gym I’m going currently working out at. I’m use to working out in a really old Golds Gym, and it had a certain smell to the gym that never seemed to go away. I use to love it. Now I’m going to a more modern Gym, EŌS fitness. The gym is so packed on most days and it seems like there is a whole different breed of individuals in this gym. Almost makes me need to try and find a hole in the wall gym near me.
Does a session a 3am then does 1hrs of cardio after 4hrs sleep....then does this workout. Which is pretty epic. And he's almost 50. It's quality. I went to the gym this morning and I want to go again this evening after watching this!😅 Keep rocking Cuttler!🎉.
Always follow you when I get a chance. The reason I would use it because you do. It must help. I'm 67 and you definitely inspire me to not give up. Thanks!💪22
I just started bodybuilding again from a 10 year layoff. 9 months i went from 210 35% Body fat 5’8” to 205 9% body fat. Pretty sure I’m sporting 19”s but I haven’t measured. Starting to look decent. I’m 56. Jay you have recently been highly motivating me. Screw it let’s get big.

I love how quiet and calm it is in here. Gym music is horrible, I’d love this.

No doubt. My gym is always packed...

Love Jays Humility. He doesn’t act like a know it all like these other influencers even tho he probably does know it all haha, also how he keeps his camera man engaged and sounds genuine in all convos.
It is the conversational nature of you two and as much explanation as possible around the training, nutrition, etc.
💪🏻22. 43 yo mom here, consistently working out in love with bb. It’s an honor we get to watch Jay pushing at the gym every week!
💪 22! Love everything you do on social media Jay. Motivates myself and so many others!
