Just want to tell Jay How special this channel is. Im in my 50's and have been following the bodybuilding scene since the 80's. At this age you know the history of the sport and how each person fits into that history. When I see Jay at Gold's then Charles greets him and later Samir does the same it puts the biggest smile on my face. You are creating something very special with this channel for myself and people like me. Thankyou so much.
What a super nice guy Jay is. I watched the podcast the other day where he talks about any younger years when he was training. That he did not spend as much time talking to the people as he can now I understand that totally. But it really is so nauseating to take his time to get pictures with people and make sure they had a positive experience meeting him. Having been on the other end of that type of situation meeting somebody who you think is awesome and they don’t even treat you like a human being as very deflating. I also say life is about timing. You can catch anybody at the wrong time and them not be as friendly as they may be at other times. Anyway, this is just a shout out to Jay appreciate all you do for everybody. I’m 65 years old. I never thought I would enjoy a podcast. I also like Jay that you don’t spend the first five minutes or the last five minutes trying to sell products I have used your pre-workout and I like it. The people you met at the gym and took pictures with they will forever be a fan of yours.
I who love to see Jay's humility when he meets people, I who love to see the admiration and respect that others have for Jay, I am served every time we are at the Mecca! Jay is an example to follow on how to act in public for anyone who has the privilege of having a certain popularity. I imagine it's not always easy for Jay because we're all human, but his affability, his interpersonal skills and his curiosity are always refreshing and inspiring to see. A video like this could last hours and I wouldn't get tired of it. Jaywalk videos, Mecca videos and videos where Jay meets fans are the best. For everything the Olympia means, besides Arnold, Jay is the best spokesperson. Lee Haney and Dorian Yates, each in their own way, have their own uniqueness but Jay can't be beat when it comes to the ray of sunshine that invades every room he enters.
Jay's a certified Legend in that Gym. All praises due! And the love he shows his fans is always a joy to see. His charismatic, positive, helpful attitude always shines through.

When I went into Gold’s Gym, in 1978, Joe Wieder was shooting pictures with Jimmy Caruso and Larry Scott for a retro Olympia layout. Kent Kuen was at the front desk. I couldn’t believe what I walked into on the first day I was in there. Hard to ever want to quit when you have something like that for a memory. I never did quit.💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I mean you literally look better than almost anyone at any age, so the 50 thing is pointless to say. I carry a ton of muscle myself, but I have body fat. I'm cutting right now. Very motivating to watch your videos. I enjoy the channel and the videos a lot by the way.

Great motivation. Even though I don't have gym and weights access right now at 40. Moved from office work engineering, to farm work which has been so much better on my health. Pasture raised hairsheep! Fresh meat from my own pasture! And it keeps me in better shape than when I was in my 30s. I get motivation from guys like you to continue to push for a little more, better health, strength, mobility, etc. Stay good!
You asked us fans about if we have visited Gold’s Gym Venice, and only once did I get the privilege in the spring of 2017 to train with the incredible Helle Trevino.
