getting tenders at kfc is like getting a grilled cheese at mcdonalds. IMO jay still hasnt tried kfc. tenders are frozen and deep fried, the chicken is fresh, hand breaded then deep fried, competely different

I enjoyed the dinner rolls they replaced with the biscuits. Those rolls were soft and were great with the chicken!

Man…memories of the 90’s after church and watching football. 1 bucket original, 1 bucket extra crispy. Mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese and buttermilk biscuits. I was fat but God was I happy.

Heart Attack Grill , its in Downtown Las Vegas , they have a 4 pound burger and you can add 40 slices of bacon to it .

Whoever told you to order tenders and Nuggets steered you in the wrong direction Jay. Need a do over here and try one Original recipe and one Extra crispy breast on the bone.
For a burger you could try Heart Attack Grill, 450 Fremont St #130, Las Vegas, NV. It's got mixed reviewes but food is subjective for the most part.
Every vid I have seen of Jay in every era of his pro life he seems so down to earth. I obviously don't know him, but he comes off as very chill

To fully try Taco Bell, get a hardshell taco, softshell chicken and beef taco and a chicken burrito. And cinnamon twists.
My elbows rattle and hurt when I do the skull crushers. I tried all variations on grip and elbow placement in the last 18 years, but the best I could get is to be able to do it for like 3 weeks, then the pain is back. It's not for everyone. dumbells, dips and cables for the win. Jay has rock solid joints that he can do this exercise after a long bodybuilding career.

KFC is not the same as it was before. I used to love it. It's not even close to how I remember it.
First time ever trying KFC Jay should've ordered the original recipe dinner box, he would've had the cole slaw and a biscuit as well as the Chicken and mashed potatoes. Ordering tenders and nuggets is missing out on the whole taste experience KFC is known for. Original Recipe is the only way to go with KFC chicken, because then it truely is "Finger Lick'in Good". Give it one more try Jay!🍗🤙

I’ve tried most things on a KFC menu over my 35 years of life. Can’t say I have had it in a few years but I don’t miss it at all. The fries flavour was pretty good though. I say that as someone who eats chicken all the time.

The Turf Club in Cincinnati has by far the most amazing burgers I've ever tried anywhere!!! Hands down!!! They have a filet mignon burger that's out of this world, and their list of toppings is almost a full page.

I don´t touch fast food anymore but if you must go to KFC you have to get a two piece or 3 pc meal with mashed potatoes and baked beans. Not nuggets or tenders or any sandwiches. No gravy on the mashed potatoes. If you go to Taco Bell (which will 100% mess up Jay´s stomach) you have to get a few soft tacos and a few hard tacos with the hot sauces.

I think you have to try a chicken breast and a chicken leg to actually try KFC. There's a big difference, the tenders are more similar to chicken at other places.
Jay! Try the Thurmanator at Thurman Cafe in Columbus when you come for the Arnold Classic! I'm surprised you've never tried it. A lot of the bodybuilders go there during the classic. Small place in German Village near downtown Columbus.
