You left out BullsHead... up toward the Nevada border...it reaches temps over 120 degrees in July and August and isnt accessible to Nevada directly-due to the River. There's nothing there to so at all.. mostly trailer living,
Using the median individual income as a measure in Tempe is kind of silly considering it's home to 40K college students, many of which have zero income while they are attending university.
Beat me to it! He even showed one of my favorite places to eat! Except it’s in Miami, not Globe. Pretty irritating when they show completely different towns when telling people to stay away.
Some of these make sense out of isolation, poverty, and crime. Others like Tempe make no sense, being part of a vibrant metro area with many opportunities. At 9:39, that town is actually Superior, not Globe, which is higher in elevation and farther east.
I lived and worked in Northern Az. based out of Flagstaff. I would agree many of these cities are dumps especially Winslow, Holbrook, Page and Sholow in the North Eastern part of the State . Much of this is area is surrounded Navaho and Hopi reservations and spots of White Apache and sad to say much of this crime statists come from the reservation where poverty, hopelessness, drug addiction and alcoholism runs rampant. Thanks to watchful eye of big brother the US Government it is called The Bureu of Indian Affairs.
Tempe should not be on this list one of the best cities in the country. The median salary is low because it’s a college town. And Gangs? lol ain’t No gangs, don’t believe everything you read online.
I have two different nephews that attended school there at different times. Both of em got beat up and robbed. You wouldn't happen to know anything about that do you? Also the traffic there is twice as bad as anywhere else in the valley.
@@oledennis6918 fax! also there are gangs just not like Chicago or LA but I lost a friend in a brutal gruesome style murder in Phx north side. So yeah college kids in Tempe roll in groups but there's still robberies and little clicks to catch people solo while drunk and make a quick buck by mugging them. Phoenix was always good about hiding their dark side but they have violent crimes there too don't be fooled.
Complete mis-use of statistics. No actual knowledge of why some of those towns listed as a not so good place to live. Example, a few of the towns were copper mining communities that no longer were viable. There are still many family’s and retiring folks who wouldn’t move out of those small communities because they still provide people with a valid environment of small town living and a tight community. In those particular communities, crime stats do not represent the chances of crime touching the individual as they can in larger cities across America, like Phoenix metro etc. Also as some viewers have already spoken up, Tempe is a great community with a good tax base an awesome Police Department and city government, not forgetting ASU and active recreational opportunities. This RUclips site is a good example of a nearly automated channel. No sign a human brain help create the content or manage the statistics. So so many channels growing like this. Use your head before being sucked into BS knowledge.
DO NOT STEER CLEAR OF TEMPE! Tempe is actually great and one of the best cities in the Phoenix area because it's centrally located, home of ASU, Tempe Town Lake, and has the Mill Ave entertainment district. Those numbers he mentioned is misleading and I think personally that Tempe is one of the best cities if you're looking to do anything. Tolleson is also tricky because it's so small that it's basically a neighborhood in Western Phoenix since it's only 6 square miles and many people forget it's actually there.
Tempe really shouldn’t be on the list, it’s a great city boxed in by other suburbs, growing up with skyscrapers, light rail, parks, lakes. South Tempe is nice too. Central access to all of Phoenix metro. Great hole in the wall restaurants.
In every single instance of statistical analysis the narrator confuses “median” and “mean”. The narrator uses the word average and then highlights and shows the values associated with the “median”. The “median” may be a better value in showing what the narrator would like to depict but absolutely isn’t the “average”. Do better.
Dont listen to this video. He literally pick a neighborhood in Phoenix as the worst city 😂. Ive been to most of these small towns and they are relatively safe places to visit. They do have some crime but this video blows it way out of proportion.
I grew up in Morenci and moved to Tucson 60 years ago. Small town living is cool when you are really young but as an adult, you want more. This is just another of those AI generated BS videos that plays down everything without giving you any real background.
This is what happens to Democrats moving her estate most these towns your name and is it going to shut logging down Holbrook all those places be great logging towns
Sure, if you consider MAGA the poor people desperately trying to make their life better while the Democrats steal all their money and ruin their lives with horrible policies. If you find poor people suffering needlessly funny, you are a Democrat.
Also in Tucson, if you are going from point A to point B, you'll be taking surface streets. I 10 is only a used to get out Dodge. No other freeways. The schools here are deplorable. We're still paying for desegregation after 40 years.

I don’t know man Bullhead City is way worse then Kingman 😂
Tempe seems fine. My dad is buried there. ❤️🙏❤️. He resided in Surprise for 21yrs.❣️
When you're going to start trashing Globe be sure you're not showing views of Superior for half of your spiel.
Beat me to it! He even showed one of my favorite places to eat! Except it’s in Miami, not Globe. Pretty irritating when they show completely different towns when telling people to stay away.

Worst Town by far to live in Arizona according to various outside internet sources: Central City Phoenix Arizona. These informations are misleading.
