  • If you are looking for quiet places to retire in Arizona on a budget then this Arizona vlog is for you. We highlight some of the more peaceful affordable places across Arizona for you to live. Some of these places include Yuma, Bullhead City, Tubac, Bisbee and some Northern Arizona. Most of this list really seems to focus around Southern Arizona.
Living in Arizona is quite a unique experience because of the vastness that the state offers. From the Sonoran Desert in the south to the high country in the north all the way up towards the Four Corners east and the Grand Canyon in the west. Known as the Grand Canyon state, Arizona is diverse in many ways. The state tree is the Palo Verde, the state cactus is the Saguaro, the state bird is the Cactus wren. If you are thinking about moving to Arizona feel free to subscribe and check us out on our other channels.

The concept of mini-retirement changed my life. I'm no longer waiting for some retirement paradise when I'm 65. It helps to know how to fund the lifestyle. You know, making money while you sip that piña colada by the beach does help. I wouldn't have been able to do it otherwise.

Yeah, people miss that part. You don't jet out to Puerto Rico with your life savings. Proper investing and a good business acumen are big pluses. Invest in the stock market, real estate, build businesses. That's just it.

Safe to say not everybody has the skill to pursue investing. But it's always easy to follow the advice of someone who knows how to i.e a financial advisor. You could anywhere between 10--40k with the right ones. Online businesses are a good bet too if you are savvy.

I just turned 51 and awfully late to investing with barely any portfolio except my 401k, I have a decent amount of cash saved up and with inflation currently soaring AGAIN, I’m getting worried about retirement, my intention is to retire at 65 atleast, so how best do I maximize my savings.

People need to consider deeded RV lots. You don't want to put your mobile home in a park where you pay rent, only to see the park bought out by a corporation that jacks up the rent. And a mobile home isn't really mobile without incurring a lot of expense.

Great video. I had been looking at relocating to Kingman from CA, but after visiting there I would recommend people from CA either staying in CA or relocate to Oregon, Washington, New York, Canada, some place other than Kingman or Arizona. It gets hot and will affect their makeup and plastic surgery. CA's governor is doing a bang up job signing new laws which directly affect your freedoms, safety and livelihood. CA is a place where your tax dollars go to help fund stuff like the California Highspeed Rail, one of these centuries it may actually make it to Los Angeles, but it will never see a profit.

Yuma, Bullhead city, anywhere in that low elevation western part of the state is crazy hot in the summer. Anywhere above 4000 feet is relatively comfortable, and that would be most of the state. I love Arizona, retired here near Portal in the SE corner at about 4,500 feet. It's nice. Don't even consider retiring here until you look at the elevation and summer temps.

It's a nice area. Military base has been there a long time, so lots of stores, restaurants and other businesses sprang up over the years. Plenty of water, as it sits between two mountain ranges. Not far from Mexico though. Has a very nice hospital that's quite new. Anyway, I liked my visit there.

Kingman, AZ population is close to 35,000 but the city limits don't include a lot of the city. as it extends north so it's more than 35K. I don't suggest anyone move there as the city has a lot of poverty and an overwhelming sense of depression encompasses the people there. The city is losing retailers and the growth is mostly in track homes that appease Californian investors.
