Do you do your own body work? What are some tips for a beginner looking to do his or her own body work
Yes. Self-taught. I tried signing up with a AutoBody & Collision Program, but it was literally a 8-5 Mon-Friday course. I can't do that and work, so just learn by doing and watching tons of videos. Best teacher is experience. Just believe you can do it and don't be afraid of failure til you figure it out. Practice on your own project vehicle or on a vehicle at the junkyard.
I learned at a community College was a few hours 2 days a week. You will learn as much as you put into it. My tip would be to go slow

If the nose is steel it's 77 or 78 if plastic it's a 79 keep up the hard work glad to see another box getting saved. Just got instagram. Check it out @streetcarcaprice. That top came out clean
yeah this is a 77 plastic one I believe. I think my 86 was fiberglass or metal. I'll have to check. I have a few laying around.
