Actually, it is impossible to smuggle between Hungary and Romania. Since April Romania is part of Schengen and consequently there is free movement of people and goods, there is no tariffs, nothing to smuggle. For political (read nonsense) reasons there is still land border control. Some countries objected against admission of Romania and Bulgaria into Schengen due to corruption and illegal migration so they made some convoluted deal that land border controls remain in place like they remain outside of Schengen, but by air there is no border control and they are fully part of Schengen. I guess one has to be a politician to understand that logic.
Thanks for sharing this info, fascinating to read! I knew that there's no air border control between Romania and the rest of Schengen zone, considering that Bulgaria and Romania are a new addition to the list. Hope you enjoyed watching this video.

I enjoyed watching your travel videos! It feels like I am traveling with you too. Love the authenticity and the interactions with locals and strangers and hoping I will have my own solo adventure too soon. Beautiful places you have captured on video. ❤
Thank you so much for your sweet comment. Yes I try my best to incorporate local interactions on my videos whenever possible 😊Thank you for your kind words ❤
Love the train trips. You make it so romantic. As always great video and content. You have zen feel to your work.
Mario, thank you so much for your lovely comment! That's so sweet to hear that the video felt very zen. I think that credit goes to my husband as he edited this video and has always got a really impressive music taste.
Another interesting and eye opening video. My partner and I love your stuff on Hungary. We hope to visit there next year. Question, what cameras are you using, I will be documenting our journey too?? Are drone laws easy in Hungary?? Looking forward to your future videos in Romania. Cheers.
Thank you so much! How exciting that you are planning to travel to Hungary. I wouldnt really fly a drone in Hungary as I only managed to even fly it once, depending on your experience with a drone. I have a set of different filming set up on each video but mostly Sony a6600 with 16-55 f2.8 G Lens, Go Pro and DJI Air 2S. I’d recommend DJI pocket 3 which is mini and inconspicuous 😊
I watch your all videos , I’m from India, I had joined you just to learn English from you , now I can also watch different country from your side as well as enjoying throughout videos …thank you , you have nice voice and heart…..
Thank you so much! That is so kind of you 😊
Thank you for sharing your journey! It was so eye opening and emotional. I believe I've just found my new favorite channel ❤ Your videos are really well structured and very relaxing. I wish you a great many adventures and safety!
I am from Budapest and honestly I had no idea our culture is this rich, which is kind of sad. People on the countryside were so nice. Country passes were introduced fairly recently (monthly pass that you can use to travel by almost anything in the country anywhere) so I'm going to take the opportunity to travel more and get to know my country better ❤ Thank you
Jonny, what a brilliant comment from you! Thank you so much 😊 This is so sweet and kind of you to let me know how these videos have encouraged you to explore your own country. Yes I actually purchased that pass for my travels in Hungary. Really economical and worth every penny! Keep me posted with your travels and I look forward to hearing from you again on another comment.
I love your love for trains ! and you so nicely recorded the railways atmosphere ..
Ahhh so glad to hear this! Thank you so much 😊

In the cog menu under captions autotranslate are languages to read along to video, including hungarian. A phonetic language. A channel about culture, Frederickusz, has captions too. A storytelling booktuber, Agi Szabados, has captions too. Great to experience the sounds. 🎉😊
Hi David, I am glad to hear that you are able to experience this! That is very interesting to read as I rarely, if ever, got someone writing this type of comment. I truly value you sharing your experience.
Hello Syifa Lots of Love from Nepal 🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵

@ me gustan tus vídeos porque así puedo conocer los países que visitas, eres muy privilegiada de conocer esos lugares, pero trata de no pasar tan rápidamente las tomas en los vídeos. Para poder apreciar bien los lugares.

@@SyifaAdriana eargerly waiting for new videos I really enjoy them especially your presentation soo amazing
Hello Syifa. I had the same feeling in August when I was in Budapest waiting for a bus to Zagreb that only arrived at the station with 5 minutes to go. I thought I had missed the bus and would need to find a way to get to Croatia later that day. It was terrible.
Hi Cristova! Haha I can imagine the suspense feeling, oh that sounds horrible. You probably have catastrophically thought of the worst possible scenario and have to figure out alternative transport, whereas in reality there were just being late 😂 Thanks for sharing!
Great and informative video
love to watch your gentle 😊vlog
Thank you so much, Tenzin! So great to hear that
Woe superb journey
So lovely to visit Scotland...., May be I'll visit Scotland as well....m an Indian so you are...!
It is very beautiful place ❤❤❤❤❤
@Syifa if you want to see a beautiful train station, go here in Antwerpen Centraal, Belgium!!!
Thanks Garelle! I am sure I will someday in the future. I just have to apply Schengen visa all over again which is painful! Hahaha thank you so much for watching this video.
You should come to Gdańsk Poland !I visited Romania and Bucharest is not the best city is but same time have lots interesting places nice food ! Romania have lots small very beautiful towns and the country landscape is magical ! In Romania you have to be carful if to comes to safety and security ! Romania have the biggest population of Gypsy and some of them are not good !
@EA0000 Lmfao Romania has a very low crime rate, even lower than Poland 😂

Gelos comm 😅😅
@@qwertyqwerty-zi6drwhen you came last time in Romania and what was your unpleasant event with roma people? Some of yours citizens are more dangerous than most of gypsies in Romania. The most dangerous gypsies are already in Britain or other countries in the West. So your comment is a big lie.Romania is more safer than western Europe and not less safer than Poland.
I’d like a little practical advice for European travel, for example how to get cell service while visiting etc.
Thanks John! I have actually been using eSim from Holafly this year which has saved me from troubles! I have recommended it on my videos and perhaps you want to take a look into this too? They have an EU package which means that you only pay as little as €6/day and valid in all of the EU countries! Here’s the link: bit.ly/3R3qot5
Let me know if you need further advice!
Your all videos about Hungary absolutely very good i like it very much 🎉❤
Thank you! So glad to hear that 😊
Why only 24 hours in Bucharest?
It was a transit before my flight out of EU to Southeast Asia for a speaking engagement then to Mongolia, for my next travel series.
@@SyifaAdrianayou missed the point.Romania is way much beatiful and interesting than Hungary. Not only Bucharest but many cities are surprisingly beautifull.
@@do.ro99 I understood the point but really tired of reading this comment of comparison from Romanian saying “it’s more beautiful than Hungary”. I have had such a good time in Hungary and my Schengen visa was running out therefore I couldnt be in Romania longer than even if I wanted to.
@@SyifaAdrianareally tired? Sorry we got you tired, it was just a sugestion and if you are disturbed by Romanians.... Have a nice trip.
@@do.ro99 Hi hi! Sorry if I sounded irritated on my earlier comment and thanks for your suggestion. I think it came across more as a comparison done by people coming from both Romanian and Hungarian trying to convince tourists that one is better than the other. I just dont appreciate that kind of attitude however Ive had Romania on my list for long! The Ro Schengen visa is some more the complex one to obtain and Romania as a country is so massive. I had run out of time with my 30 day previous Schengen visa and had a flight to catch up for my speaking engagements in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Awesome ❤❤❤
Buenos días Syifa Adriana.Excelente video en Ciudades muy hermosas.Saludos y un Fuerte y Cordial Abrazo a la Distancia.Cuidese mucho...
Thank you so much Juan! So glad to hear that you enjoy watching this video.
Amazing video have been watching since long time from India ❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
Terima kasih atas videonya.
Hungary dan Romania keduanya masuk Schengen kan ya? Tetap ada passport control ya?
Many thanks! Hungary and Romania are part of Schengen zone however any land border to Romania still requires a border passport control.
@@SyifaAdriana
Thanks again. This video help me for my fiction project (a short story) since I’ve never been there. Still need more info about travelling from Romania to Bulgaria, then Turkiye.
Oh, snap, right as i was starting enjoying the content and was looking forward to a series, maybe even a video from the city i live in, you're announcing no more videos from Romania 😢🙂 maybe some other time you revisit and give us a proper chance! Safe travels! Take care! 🖐️
Hello Vlad! Thank you so much for your sweet comment. Yes, my Schengen visa was running out and I wasnt able to stay longer in Romania. I like to take my time when it comes to traveling and making videos so I decided to hold on to that plan for a future travel. Thank you so much for leaving a supportive comment! I appreciate your time.
Nice 👍 ❤
Very excellent video, everything is nice❤❤❤❤❤, interesting, impressive, ❤❤❤❤, dear Syifa, you are looking beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤

5:09 When I was a teenager all I used to hear was exaggerated praises about European countries. I used to hear that everything was super neat, super clean, etc in Europe. But with HD, FULL HD, cameras with vloggers, RUclipsrs etc one can see that not everything everywhere is as spotless, neat, clean as we used to hear. This window for example 😄 But still overall everything looks quite neat and clean.
😂 a window is rained on, dust settles, so it start getting dirty as soon as its washed. Do you think it's even possible to keep everything extremely clean?
Haha yeah not all European countries are as neat or super clean. I think it’s more general in general than countries in Asia but it’s always good to showcase different aspects of each destination I travel to.
Really you are in hard work for us who love to travel
Thanks for Your heart, i need your advice please, i'm a single dad with two kids, can you please advise me which country is best for us to migrate?
