- 'A Great British Adventure' is a series of videos that have taken me all over the UK. The videos are based on the new A-Z 10p coins - they aren't videos about the coins, rather, they use them as a sort of contents page. They will be uploaded every 3 days for the next 3 months or so, although there will be some miscellaneous videos in between.

Y’know how there’s a “RUclips music”, and “RUclips gaming”? There should be “RUclips documentaries”. I would spend a lot of time on an app like that.

lol i've heard that nessie is just a really old big catfish. maybe that big fish caused a ripple near Cobb's boat, or maybe it hit the bottom of his speedboat. who knows
That's what I believe too, a Well's Catfish!
Divers have stated they have seen catfish the size of Volkswagen beetles at the bottom of the tennessee river, so I believe that. Catfish seem to keep growing and growing until they die of natural causes.

I remember was I was younger I always wanted to explore Loch Ness and be the one to see if the monster was truly down there, however now that I'm a bit older I'm not really sure if I want to find what could be a prehistoric beast while both under water and in the dark

The Loch Ness monster is supposedly a “Water Horse”
I remember getting a topic in school about the water horse,
it goes on land as a beautiful and strong horse, when someone find and rides it, it makes them stick onto them with their hair that will turn into see weed ( I think it is see weed ),
and drag them down into the lake, killing the rider. It can shapeshift into anything.
It is also sensitive to iron, iron can kill it.
I don’t believe it but believes are believes.
If you looked more closely to the video where John Cobb crashed you would be able to see that his boat started sinking and after that a small wave came over and then the ca-boom happened. Well this is my theory that there was an amount of water going inside the boat and after that he wanted to slow but the water got to the engine or something else.
Or a large fish-a catfish is one of the theories

I love Loch Ness I go there every new year with my friends and we have so much fun going on boat tours and stuff like that
A part of me has always wished that there could just be one day where any huge mysterious bodies of water could be completely drained, just so we could finally see what’s under them.
But that would of course ruin all Eco systems.
There’s something so truly fascinating about places like Loch Ness. The last parts of earth that still manage to keep humans out.
Or maybe we could be able to look through it for a period of time like the water becomes crystal clear

Chris thank you for all the fascinating information you have shared with me with all of us. I may never have heard of men like Cobb who sped across the loch ( I think it was Nessie) or seen other wondrous places, or spent time with Tapirs or visited the houses in Amsterdam with someone they meant so much to.

I live around 45min away from loch ness there's a lighthouse gift shop with tiny trains going around the shop. That location is the only thing i remember as a baby

Yeah, When my dad was a kid his family had a boat and they'd travel to islands and stuff like that! My dad once sailed at loch ness, he told me that once something hit the boatand pretty much it went out of control

My theory (this may not make much sense): What if, as he was slowing down, the wake he hit was caused by the crusader (the boat he was in). It was going fast and as it slowed down the difference of speed could have caused him to hit wake caused by his boat pushing the water. So to sum up my theory; he hit a wake caused by the crusader's speed pushing water ahead, so when he slowed down he hit it. (This is just my theory and may not be true)
