HI Clare you were the first crocheted I watched on RUclips and you inspired me to start my own channel the cal is lovely ...I made the cradle bag for all 7 of my nieces who are now all grown they have their own little girls and 5 of them saved the cradle bag for their little girls the other 2 had all boys lol
I made the cradle pattern 2 years ago for my first granddaughter and she still uses it! I have a second granddaughter and I’m about to make her one of her own. It’s a fantastic design!
I had one of those cradle bags as a kid in the 70's! Mine was pink and white granny stitch, and I kept my Sweet April doll inside! The base was a butter container.💕
Hi Clare, I am going to make the cross stitch bag. Years ago I made your cluster stitch bag and your market bag with one handle. You didn't include them in this video, but I just love them too. 👍
The link to this video popped up, and I just watched it, loved it! I am going to go watch some more of your videos as I have been lacking lately, trying to catch up! Love the variety and anything crocheted, thank you so much, Clare!!🥰👍❤️
Haaa!! So glad this popped into my feed. I’ve made #5 for my veggies and get tons of compliments! I think I’ll make the water bottle holder for my young grands. My water bottle is 32oz n I think the weight alone will be bothersome. But perfect for my young grands Thanks for the video on your crochet bags👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Hi Clare. These are all lovely! I made motifs for a bag a few years ago and the tutorial explaining how to join them only included one side. So I had no problem with that side but really struggled with the other side, lol. So there it sits somewhere amongst my UFO’s lol. I have been looking for a bag and a water bottle holder so the timing of this video is perfect! Thanks!💗
Hi Clare❤ what a great collection of crochet bags you have. I've made 2 of the 5. I did make a craddle for my granddaughters. They used them for many years. Then, I tested the panel bag with you. I keep my paper patterns and card cards in it in my craft room. It's wonderful seeing you back in that side of the screen x x
A great variety of bag patterns! I prefer using 1 strand of yarn but use 2 strands sometimes when crocheting cat scrap blankets for our local RSPCA. The only bag patterns I've crocheted are ones that Knit4Charities did as their CALs. K4C is the national charity group I belong to. My fave pattern that we did was a Jacob's Ladder bag. I use 1 for my WIPs & gave 1 to a friend a couple of Christmases ago for a beach bag. Stay warm!!! 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
