Here I am watching your video again in June 2024. I watched this last Christmas and loved the nail color, well I loved the yarn and project too but I was looking through the comments to see if you revealed that nail color. I absolutely love it. Can you tell me the nail color, it's beyond beautiful!
Clare, I love, love, love this bottle holder & this gorgeous yarn!! The colors remind me of Skittles candy & Fruit loops cereal!! 🤗😋 I also love your nail color...it's a perfect match Merry Christmas❤🎄🥰
Hi Clare love the nails, nothing like a bit of bling to make us feel better and sparkle ✨️ is for Christmas. Thank you for the drink bottle tutorial as I have so many drink bottles like you in Australia summer is hydration time with lots of water in Northwest Queensland Australia we have temperatures of over 40 degrees Celsius. Happy Christmas 🎄 Cheers Bub
Hi! Claire, your nails are awesome. I'm from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. We don't have winter yet? Especially on Christmas Eve. I have learned a lot from your project. I follow every step of the way. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Canada.
I bought a Cotton 3 weighted yarn and used a G Hook Needle. I am wanting this water bottle holder for a regular size plastic water bottle. I have followed your instructions in the video exactly row by row as I followed your instructions carefully and was able to get to the 6th row but have had to take the project apart 4 times because the cylinder shape of the bottle holder is bigger than the size of the water bottle. How do I make the holder smaller or a tighter fit so that the bottle will fit more snug and not so loose inside the bottle holder? How do I modify the size of the water bottle holder? I don’t know how to figure out the increases and decreases or number of stitch in each row to make the holder a better fit for a plastic water bottle. Should I use maybe a smaller hook (D or E size hook) to make the holder a more snug fit around the bottle?

Yes, you can do less rounds or use a smaller crochet hook
❤
I did test the pattern with acrylic yarn (I have a glass bottle and Acrylic has more stretch than cotton), and I actually want to make it with Cotton
@hbkgirl1982 great idea to test it out first. Thank you for choosing my tutorial 😘
❤❤
Medium 4 weight work ?

Hello, yes I am well. Life is busy.

Thank you!!!
For Demo purpose, it is not a good idea to use multi-colour Yan, or black yarn or white yarn. It is not easy to see the stitch in the video.
@@wjkwjk3484 agreed!
