W video, glad to see someone who actually cares and wants to help the console community! Can i ask how long did it take you to get used to aiming with a lower deadzone in this game? And i also watched your kontrol freeks video which was really good by the way and have you noticed that with them the aim assist feels noticeably stronger due to the super micro movements combined with the aim assist ease in, seems to give it a more sticky feeling
It took a few days for me to get used to the lower deadzone size, but if your still having trouble getting used to the lower deadzone size just increase your deadzone by .01 to .03 and or until if feels a little less jarring and just slowly decrease it until you find a deadzone that you feel comfortable with and don't worry if your deadzone isn't the lowest it can be. All that matters is if you feel comfortable with the sens that your using. I'm glad you enjoyed the KontrolFreeks video

I, it works personally for me. I switched the main weapon fire button and the secondary fire button. For the 2 Switch players watching, for Gyro you disable either the Pitch or Yaw Axis. Never use all 3 Axis at once and if you see someone who does that, don't trust them, they're probably a sociopath. You also might want to tune down the Aim Assist or disable it completely, cause if it's too strong, it will mess up your muscle memory and feel horrible. And for the love of all that's holy, bind the damn button to re-center your crosshair, which is best kept on one of the main buttons for quick access (I have it on Y). It's a very useful tool and if you mash it while holding the right stick up after getting a kill, you can farm some very funny hackusations.
I actually already made a whole video about all of the aiming Techniques. here's the Link if you would like to watch ruclips.net/video/lMsQSjWYsUA/видео.html
Honestly its my fault I forgot to show where you can find the three aim techniques. But To find what aim technique your using First, go to your settings and go to Controls and make sure you're in the General tab, then under your Horizontal and vertical sens click the Advanced tab, and after that just scroll down to the bottom of the advanced tab and right below the RIGHT STICK OUTER DEADZONE you should see a setting called AIM TECHIQUE and this where you can check what aim technique you are using ( btw default the is Dual-Zone). Hope this helps -Nate
It's gets straight to the point.... its basically classic aim mechanic like call of duty it works without aim smoothing or lower great for hit scans or melee based heroes. Also, it's very responsive and customizable.
Wired and wireless have very similar performance but if you do play in a area with a lot of Bluetooth interference then you might see a slight increase in your latency and in that case use it wired but generally PS5 controllers have very good wireless performance and the latency between your console and your screen are probably going to be your biggest bottleneck.
It's the best video I've seen, you explain it very well. I have a question, what exactly does RRAC do? And on which heroes is it necessary to remove it?
This is def helpful, running these senes now, but I have a question. When aim assist does kick in I feel like I have to compensate aim a little but it’s easy to over compensate, what should I do?
I actually already made a whole video about all of the aiming Techniques showing linear vs exponential vs Dual-zone. There's just a lot to cover so I couldn't add it in this video. But here's the Link if you would like to watch ruclips.net/video/lMsQSjWYsUA/видео.html
If you set it to DISABLE then it will ignore what ever you set your deadzone to and just use the default. But if you want to manually set it default is 0.15 inner deadzone and 1.00 outer deadzone. (It’s the same for right and left deadzone)
Setting your right outer deadzone too low, like 0.50, reduces your aiming area by half, making it harder to control and less precise. Hope this helps - Nate
This sens is pretty well rounded for most heroes but for Hanzo I like changing his Aim Assist Ease In to 50. And for the other heroes I think understanding how their projectiles work and learning how much you need to lead your shot to hit the indented target will do the most help with improving at those heroes. Really hope this helps . If you have any other question please feel free to ask :) -Nate

Great vid ❤ but i have a question : doesn't lowering ur left stick outer deadzone lowers ur aim assist strength?
I don’t think so, all that your outer deadzone controls is the area on your controller’s thumbstick where your movement is registered as a full input.
With my left stick it has a bit of stick drift is it just like the right stick where I need to adjust it
Left custom deadline inner start at 0 and keep increasing until your drift is no issue
question for the right outer deadzone why on 1 or o.95 and not lower?😅
Setting your right outer deadzone too low, like 0.50, reduces your aiming area by half, making it harder to control and less precise.
