      Vikas Choudhary bro. normally main daily nhi karta pushups because kabhi kabhi main office se late ho jata hu isliye kabhi kabhi hi krta hu workout or yeh lga lo 1-2 din reh hi jata hai workout week mein. But main apne arms ki weakness khatam krna chahta hu taki reps ache se lag sake 👍

      COOL FRIEND bhai vo to pata nhi but Maine kyi jgh se suna hai ki aisa krna chahiye...aur thda running bhi kro...kyi baar fat ki vjh se bhi lagta hai...mere khud knees chipkte the Maine running ki to vha se fat chla gya aur ek dam normal lgne lge legs...weight km KR lo thda agar zyada h to aur baaki horse riding aur takiye se fark pdega...

    Hi brother my abs and chests are un even . Means my left chest is a bit smaller than the other. Also the packs in the abs are not straight lined and the top 2 packs are not perfectly shown fully . What kind of exercise can i do? Please reply bhai ( from kerala)

      Had same problem with chest joined gym and asymmetry of chest was fixed by lifting dumbbells and about the abs I dont think it can be fixed the size,shape and straight line in your case is determined by genetics of your body
