    6-10 reps of 3 sets- declined pushups to pike hold
    20-30 sec hold of 4 sets - frog handstand
    20-25 sec hold of 4 sets- handstand with wall and 80 degree angle maintained
    3-5 reps of 3 sets- declined up and down moment
    6-8 reps of 3 sets- negative handstand pushups
    6-8 reps of 3 sets- half handstand pushups
    These are the exercises mentioned, it is for those who are too lazy to watch the video again and again like me

    1. Decline pushup to pick hold(6-10 reps *3sets)1:10
    2.froghandstand (20-30sec*4sets ) 2:02
    3.handstand with wall (20-25sec hold *4sets ) 3:54
    4.decline up and down hand push up(3-5reps *3sets ) 4:30
    5.negative handstand pushup with wall (6-8reps *3 sets ) 5:45
    6. handstand pushup(6-8reps *3ets up to max ) 6:40
