My 16 yr old does not want braces again but i might be able to get her to use aligners.. her 5's were ALL congenitally missing so the orthodontist did closed spaces. We did extractions but she could not do ortho for various reasons.. so her teeth shifted together on the upper so i was thinking it made sense to do this.... no that i am studying Oral myofunctional therapy i am more aware of need for airway space and tongue function. That being said I am North of Dallas. Where are you ? Can you recommend someone doing this in DFW Texas.
In Adults braces possible when moderate bone loss . My 5 teeth extracted due to crowding during my ortho treatment and I ended with deep overbite and crossbite . Want reopening the spaces . Plz reply
Did the patient at 1 min had large space between 8,9 the 1's what about the heavy frenum / wonder if they would benefit from frenectomy?
