Some suggestions for future updates: - Even more resin block variants. Resin tiles, smooth resin, polished resin, cracked versions, and all the stairs, slabs and walls to go with them. Maybe even an exclusive variant similar to bamboo mosaic. - When a friendly Creaking is spawned, it becomes locked in a staring contest with a hostile Creaking, allowing players to safely harvest resin. - A resin clump in a brewing stand makes a potion of All-Seeing, which allows players to see further without the need to up their render distance, and also grants them the ability to see invisible entities, both mobs and players. - A new fruit, the Pale Pear, that can be obtained from decaying pale oak leaves. Can be surrounded with eight resin clumps to make a Resin Pear (basically a sort of a counterpart to a golden apple) that will give the player 30 seconds of night vision and one minute of absorption 1. You can also make an Enchanted Resin Pear with a pear and eight resin blocks. This version gives a minute and a half of night vision, two minutes of absorption 1 and 10 seconds of regeneration 1. - A Resin Beehive can be crafted with 4 plain resin blocks and a beehive and will increase the speed that bees pollinate flowers. When gathering honey from a resin beehive, you’ll get Resin-Infused Honey, which apart from giving the player more saturation, will also make bees attracted to you, and they’ll sting any enemy that attacks you. Resin-Infused Honey bottles can be made into Resin-Infused Honey blocks that allow the player’s head to stick to them, giving the ability to move across ceilings. - A Pale Pumpkin can be used in place of a normal pumpkin to make a Pale Iron Golem. It behaves similar to a Creaking; only attacking hostile mobs when they aren’t making eye contact with it.
You should add non-soul fire jack o lanterns for the pale pumpkins, and then change the Friendly Creaking's eyes to match the soul fire color... That way the soul jack o lantern matches the friendly one while the regular jack o lantern matches the hostile one.

I would remove this feature, I do not see huge potential of this, since we got wolf armors, wolves are doing exactly same thing without extra effort of building structure using pale moss and friendly creaking heart. 7) I love seeing new cave types added, but having this much resin available in them makes resin blocks accessible easier than originally planned by Mojang. We shouldn't see this much resin generate in the wild. Instead of that I would suggest adding stone bricks infected with pale moss and spawning in those cave structures instead: it wont break existing mechanics of game and will introduce more variety of building material.

It can be like a friendly reimagining of the creaking.
some of these ideas we are looking into but "removing" the friendly creaking isnt something we wanna do due to the amount of requests to add it and the creaking cave is rare enough that it doesnt ruin the amount of resin you obtain
@@contrabipis You got a right point about reworking the idea into , but I think obtaining such golem should require more effort as it has lifelasting durability, maybe adding unique loot item to the dungeon with high rarity which would be required to craft Friendly Creaking Heart, or maybe make player to do something in the Nether's Soul Sand Valley biome. @@awesomefishermen99do keep in mind these forests are relatively small too, so making it incredibly rare could result in the need to explore multiple… and since they are very hard to come by it can take a while longer-

God this is such a good idea. Like, genuinely, why did mojang not do this?! It gives you a way better reason to go to the pale garden if you can protect your base from burning down.
Soemthing I've been pondering is reain food source. In real life, you make maple syrup by boiling down maple resin. What if you could rught click resin clumps with bottles to get a bottle of resin, which you then can smelt into bottles of syrup, which you could drink like honey? Maybe you can craft it into pancakes? I'm not very serious about the pancakes oart, but I'd love to be able to consume resin as a food source.
@@BelgieMinecraft I think the problem is that they added one of a thousand suggestions for the pale garden that were at the same level or more conpared to resin of being added.
I think you should expand your cave thing so it had a massive middle that has a big heart in the middle so it spawns alot of creakings but in the middle of the middle is the ancient heart, and that makes the creaker spawn, a bigger bulkier version of the creaking, being able to spawn at all times it doesn't care if you strared at it, and instant kills you, the caves has very good loot so it would be worth to fight it, also has multiple ancient hearts all in different rooms that connects to it, so to deal damage you have to break all the hearts, when you do then you can hit it, has alot of health, and when killed drops the helm of creaks, a cap that makes all creakings not care if you look at them or not. Love these ideas
@BelgieMinecraft thank you. In my past time I think of ideas for minecraft mods. I have an entire book about minecraft mod ideas. I've been working on it for 3 years.
Make illagers afraid of the Carved Pale Pumpkin, but only when a player is wearing it or if it's a jack-o-lantern; the only Illagers that should be able to counter it is a Ravenger without a rider, either by breaking the block or having a durability that's unique only to Ravenger attacks. On top of that the dark oak forest canopy is typically the safest place in the biome. If you can add some sort of hazard to deter players from residing up there it would add to the biome's challenge. On other forums I suggested sparcely foliated or shaggy branches that present a bit of a parcore challenge, otherwise maybe some of the leaves generate patches of trap blocks where you can just fall through them like powdered snow.
This is really cool! Props to yall for getting this out quickly, 1.21+ is a hassle to work with. Some suggestions i have: - make a block that emits a redstone signal that increases the closer to the center you look at (like a target block) - the friendly creaking shouldn't despawn during the day or when chunks are unloaded, because apparently theres some cool redstone stuff you can do with that - white pumpkin jack o lanterns with regular torches
7:04 I got excited because I thought the friendly creeking heart was gonna be like a normal heart, just that it doesn't spawn anything, making it a more accurate daylight-sensor without the need of sunlight access. Then I got disappointed that it actually does spawn a mob, which is the exact reason why using a normal creeking heart as a daylight sensor isn't practical, and that there doesn't seem to be a way to prevent the spawning of what's essentially a worse iron golem.
4:00 I feel like there should be an easter egg where you can put the normal carved pumpkin's face on it if you use an axe instead. The entire reason why the pale pumpkin idea was first thought of was because it was supposed to be a reference to the white pumpkin from Minecraft: Story Mode.
I think it would be cool if you gave resin more uses like crafting a weapon or upgrading a weapon or some sort of unique way to add it to other items. Or maybe even making a resin tipped Arrow that stuns the mobs and makes them unable to move for a period of time
I still think one of the biggest problems with the creaking itself is how easy it is to defeat it. Not by destroying the heart, but by simply digging it into the ground or pillaring up a few blocks. A potential solution I had for this would be giving the creaking the ability to 'burrow' through blocks if it has no way to 'normally' pathfind to players. I feel like it integrates its nature-like appearance more by using the terrain to its advantage. And, obviously, because it'd be underground and out of sight, it would chase the player until directly underneath them, popping from the ground and damaging them, giving players a reason to not trap it. Another simple one would have creakings ignore the sight rule while the player is blinded, making traversing the pale garden even more dangerous with the added thorn bush
THE FEEDBACK: The textures: the drained and creaking mushroom blocks do not have good textures, and the same for the pale pumpkins. The friendly creaking's blue eyes are weird too, it can be made better if it was white maybe, like the stripped pale oak log, and the head on its left. The recipe: Make some more, like the new mushrooms u have added, make them able to craft a stew, as well as sus stew More changes: Make the bonemealed mushroom generate naturally, and change its structure, its weird looking New mob: the freaking, and its neutral and rare, spawning from the freaking heart, and make the texture more scary, and and when you destroy blocks near it (like a diameter of a min chunk or attack a creaking, or your choice, its comes closer at a good speed to attack you, and when you look away, the particles (the one when creaking is hit) link out in a straight line forward to you, and it teleports there in like 3 sec, and to destroy it just insta mine the freaking heart (yes its insta minable) . More things according to your choice. add advancemts, new music disk, and fog
Have an idea for the friendly creaking. You see its blue eyes. Maybe when you punch it. It drops some sort of soul resin clumps used to make new blocks and can be used as an alternative in the soul torch recipe
One cool ideia that i have (wich was based on a recent Mumbo Jumbo video) is that the friendly creaking doesn't despawn during the day. That way you can make telephatic redstone in survival. Edit: Sorry, i didn't see that last block you made that work just as i suggested. Still trough, you should watch Mumbo's video for inspiration.
The sight detector should be active whenever its on screen instead. Or maybe it has a Redstone output of 15 when the cursor is on it, and the closer it is to the edge of the screen, the lower the signal. Lore wise this makes more sense and seems very vanilla-y. And make the comparator's output be how many players are looking at it (up to 15). as a redstoner this (or similar) added versatility would make the mod a must have just for the block.
I have some feedback: -The friendly creaking is kinda op if you spawn too many of them so maybe you need like 1 diamond to activate the friendly creaking heart, and if the creaking heart is broken you will need another diamond. Also maybe it should still attack other players so good for your own base but not if you are sharing a base. Yea there isnt any more the rest is pretty solid Also the mod link doesnt work Also in case you decide to update the mod, can you add greenhouses that grow pale pumpkins and always have a creaking heart inside, besides the pumpkins maybe you can also find chests with emeralds, i always wanted this in the creaking update
Instead of needing to add resin to placed wood blocks to petrify them, you should be able to craft petrified wood in the inventory. That way when building you can instantly petrify a stack of wood with a stack of resin without having to individually click on each block after placing it.
I love that you are doing this but i would do instead of the resin bricks just resin clumps for the stable flowers and mushrooms and i would make that you can wash the resin in a cauldron away
And i also think its kinda weird that the eyes of the passive creeking are blue and i would like it more when the passive creeking was stripped plae wood
Maybe you can add Soul Trees or something with Soul Resin and the Friendly Creaking has to have it's heart made of Soul Trees or Soul resin or something like that. Also a suggestion for the design of the Friendly creaking, it might look good if it had soul resin instead of normal resin
You should redesign the Pale Drain Mushroom blocks, as well as turn the Pale Pumpkin to Pale Squash and change the texture! That's a great idea! Still waiting for the Tricky Trial +
The 2 creakings shouldn't fight each other. Also I'm not sure about the peaceful creaking in general. Does make sense lore wise, but doesn't it make the biome too easy? The point is to have both regular hostile mobs and the creaking to survive.
What if the friendly creaking was given something to balance it out, like what if: it's only awake in the daytime, and is completely dormant at night (still there, just completely frozen). In the morning, it cleans up any mobs that are in the shade along with any mobs that spawn under the trees (because it seems like LOTS of hostile mobs spawn in the garden in the day. This would also give it a different niche than the iron golem, because rn, the friendly creaking is just an indestructible, better iron golem. I think it either needs to be balanced out, or be WAY more expensive and hard to get.
May i share some ideas -the friendly creaking have a different structure (like it's built different) -friendly creaking is made of pale moss cause the friendly creaking heart is made out of moss -resin or a new type of resin can be used to trim weopons instead of armor -a new ore found in the pale cave (maybe it combined with resin can be used for the ore) - hallucinations cause the pale garden is supposed to be crazy - this one is a not just a very BIG maybe you can remake the creaking cause come on that thing is not scary at all Also what do you use to make your mods i need to know pls❤
What is the point about white pumpkin like pale garden is supposed to be like dead dark fosest or corruption cause the proof is the fact all illager are Afraid with the creaking except the ravager and the resin clumps can be found in Woodland Mansion in a chest from Tree chopping room but with the white pumpkin is more like Halloween decoration rather then natural
The other idea is good u know but i think is good idea added a dead illager like a skeleton with pale mose pale oak root so like the pale garden control the dead body just like the creaking is only active in night and also slow

@@awesomefishermen99do keep in mind these forests are relatively small too, so making it incredibly rare could result in the need to explore multiple… and since they are very hard to come by it can take a while longer-
I think it’s balanced since it only has a 32 black radius like the regular creaking, so it can’t go beyond that. If you’re a player you can just… get out of its radius.
Can you please make this as an add-on to bedrock edition?
God this is such a good idea. Like, genuinely, why did mojang not do this?! It gives you a way better reason to go to the pale garden if you can protect your base from burning down.
Soemthing I've been pondering is reain food source. In real life, you make maple syrup by boiling down maple resin. What if you could rught click resin clumps with bottles to get a bottle of resin, which you then can smelt into bottles of syrup, which you could drink like honey? Maybe you can craft it into pancakes? I'm not very serious about the pancakes oart, but I'd love to be able to consume resin as a food source.
Oh shoot, nevermind, someone literally just posted a comment with the same idea!
Proposal: structure that uses resin bricks along with mossy resin bricks, which have pale moss instead of green moss.
I'm really frustrated that Mojang ignored all the feedback they got That was the point of the drops
They didnt ignore all feedback, resin was added because of feedback
Also, building off what Belgie said, the Eyeblossoms were literally added because folks said it didn’t feel very garden-like.
@@BelgieMinecraft I think the problem is that they added one of a thousand suggestions for the pale garden that were at the same level or more conpared to resin of being added.
@@wildplacedpixel I think people dont think about the features they suggest that well and i plan to talk about it in more detail soon
@@BelgieMinecraft Made a comment w/ ideas.
Btw: fog. Everyone wanted fog. There is "fog" as a comment eveywhere.
Love these ideas
ooh i love this idea
THE PETRIFIED OAK SLAB IS BACK!!!
YEESSS
This is really cool! Props to yall for getting this out quickly, 1.21+ is a hassle to work with. Some suggestions i have:
- make a block that emits a redstone signal that increases the closer to the center you look at (like a target block)
- the friendly creaking shouldn't despawn during the day or when chunks are unloaded, because apparently theres some cool redstone stuff you can do with that
- white pumpkin jack o lanterns with regular torches
7:04 I got excited because I thought the friendly creeking heart was gonna be like a normal heart, just that it doesn't spawn anything, making it a more accurate daylight-sensor without the need of sunlight access. Then I got disappointed that it actually does spawn a mob, which is the exact reason why using a normal creeking heart as a daylight sensor isn't practical, and that there doesn't seem to be a way to prevent the spawning of what's essentially a worse iron golem.
Thats something we can look into for a feature
a creaking mask that gives you extra protection at nighttime would be cool
also make an utility item so there's a point in going to the pale gardens
Nice mod, continue this direction, good job!
4:00 I feel like there should be an easter egg where you can put the normal carved pumpkin's face on it if you use an axe instead. The entire reason why the pale pumpkin idea was first thought of was because it was supposed to be a reference to the white pumpkin from Minecraft: Story Mode.
thats something we can look into
I think the big mushrooms should spawn naturally but only rarely i mean the dark forest has big mushrooms spawn naturally
thats something we can do
I think it would be cool if you gave resin more uses like crafting a weapon or upgrading a weapon or some sort of unique way to add it to other items.
Yh they only problem with that is they are leashed to their heart meaning they cant leave the radius of it
woah calm down satan-
THE FEEDBACK:
The textures: the drained and creaking mushroom blocks do not have good textures, and the same for the pale pumpkins. The friendly creaking's blue eyes are weird too, it can be made better if it was white maybe, like the stripped pale oak log, and the head on its left.
The recipe: Make some more, like the new mushrooms u have added, make them able to craft a stew, as well as sus stew
More changes: Make the bonemealed mushroom generate naturally, and change its structure, its weird looking
New mob: the freaking, and its neutral and rare, spawning from the freaking heart, and make the texture more scary, and and when you destroy blocks near it (like a diameter of a min chunk or attack a creaking, or your choice, its comes closer at a good speed to attack you, and when you look away, the particles (the one when creaking is hit) link out in a straight line forward to you, and it teleports there in like 3 sec, and to destroy it just insta mine the freaking heart (yes its insta minable) . More things according to your choice.
add advancemts, new music disk, and fog
They are some things we can look into, and eyeshrooms can already be used in recipes
How did you get pale pumpkins.@@BelgieMinecraft
@@Cameraman_123l They soawn in the pale garden biome
@BelgieMinecraft but I checked and I don't see them in my version.
Have an idea for the friendly creaking. You see its blue eyes. Maybe when you punch it. It drops some sort of soul resin clumps used to make new blocks and can be used as an alternative in the soul torch recipe
That could be cool
This was the idea but it doesnt fit with the creaking / pale garden theme
I have some feedback:
-The friendly creaking is kinda op if you spawn too many of them so maybe you need like 1 diamond to activate the friendly creaking heart, and if the creaking heart is broken you will need another diamond. Also maybe it should still attack other players so good for your own base but not if you are sharing a base.
Yea there isnt any more the rest is pretty solid
Also the mod link doesnt work
Also in case you decide to update the mod, can you add greenhouses that grow pale pumpkins and always have a creaking heart inside, besides the pumpkins maybe you can also find chests with emeralds, i always wanted this in the creaking update
We will release more updates for the mod as V2 is already in the works and these are some good ideas
Instead of needing to add resin to placed wood blocks to petrify them, you should be able to craft petrified wood in the inventory. That way when building you can instantly petrify a stack of wood with a stack of resin without having to individually click on each block after placing it.
Yh we have some changes coming to the woods in v2 as its a lot of inventory clutter
@ I really enjoy the updates to the biome so far! When Mojang released it it felt very empty
@@LBNyoutube
so the sight block is a face scaner i think it wold be cool if u have to resin it so it only works for you
Minecraft already has petrified oak slabs
Yh ik the oak slab is in game but it cant be obtained in survival
Can u add fog?
I love that you are doing this but i would do instead of the resin bricks just resin clumps for the stable flowers and mushrooms and i would make that you can wash the resin in a cauldron away
And i also think its kinda weird that the eyes of the passive creeking are blue and i would like it more when the passive creeking was stripped plae wood
This was the intended item but we found some issues that we didnt have time to fix
Maybe you can add Soul Trees or something with Soul Resin and the Friendly Creaking has to have it's heart made of Soul Trees or Soul resin or something like that. Also a suggestion for the design of the Friendly creaking, it might look good if it had soul resin instead of normal resin
I liked the soul idea but a lot of people think its weird as souls liked to the pale garden

Breeze
I think u should call it mossy/resin creaking instead of friendly

May i share some ideas
-the friendly creaking have a different structure (like it's built different)
-friendly creaking is made of pale moss cause the friendly creaking heart is made out of moss
-resin or a new type of resin can be used to trim weopons instead of armor
-a new ore found in the pale cave (maybe it combined with resin can be used for the ore)
- hallucinations cause the pale garden is supposed to be crazy
- this one is a not just a very BIG maybe you can remake the creaking cause come on that thing is not scary at all
Also what do you use to make your mods i need to know pls❤
I code them in java
Can you pls make a bedrock version
I respect the effort and thought of this mod but it just feels mediocre
What is the point about white pumpkin like pale garden is supposed to be like dead dark fosest or corruption cause the proof is the fact all illager are Afraid with the creaking except the ravager and the resin clumps can be found in Woodland Mansion in a chest from Tree chopping room but with the white pumpkin is more like Halloween decoration rather then natural
im not sure what you mean, the pale pumpkin can be seen as a dead/ corrupted pumpkin
@BelgieMinecraft What i mean is more like Halloween decoration and where the pumpkin come from
The other idea is good u know but i think is good idea added a dead illager like a skeleton with pale mose pale oak root so like the pale garden control the dead body just like the creaking is only active in night and also slow
