Harlem Meer Performance Festival: Sound Bridges

Sound Bridges is a Brooklyn based performance group that combines elements of West African music with jazz and tap dance. Sound Bridges presents all original compositions drawn from African and jazz influences featuring the ancient sounds of the balafon, a wooden xylophone central to the Mande music traditions of West Africa.
