Great tutorial. How about "LUG" types in which you don't want to calculate? For example, Lugged Butterfly Valve vendors often provide custom Cap Screw lengths.
Also, some of them require different lengths for the bolts/screws near the valve stem. Another discussion for another day.
    Thank You.

I did a webinar called “Plant 3D: Connections That Really Class Up A Joint” that covered setting up Lug Bolts for butterfly valves. Between that video and this one you should have all the knowledge you would need for setting up any type of connection and bolt.

It´s an old video and i dont know if there is anyone to answer. i have a problem with matching Bolts and flanges. In DIN standard we have different types of flanges. I want to set three different types in one Pipe Class. I want to know how can i set a flange with correct Collar ring and correct boltset.

After adding all the desired bolt sets to a spec, you would set the Part Use Priority for each pipe size to get a particular set with a flange. Also, after placing a flange, you can use the substitute feature to swap between bolt sets. But using Part Use Priority in the spec sets one as the default. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your fast response. I knew this method. The problem is that we are a great design team and i am not sure that all the teammates do it correctly later. It seems there is no other way. 🙏
