Super pain in the butt to clean up after shooting the bills.
It's a tough puppy. Mine fell off my body.droped 10 feet. To a concrete floor. Fearing the worst is I picked it up. Turned it on "power on" it wasn't hurt at all . I do take them and. Turn them into monitors. With chirp. Fairly decent scanning speed. And still. where can you get the weather, radio,. A built in lamp. A inter changeable battery system . (Mine in my base station gets charged solar) verry happy. Even if i don't use it on xmit . Oh by the by you can in the monitor mode to listen to FRS, Murs, GMRS, Marine.AND police/ambulance or ham as a adjunct. To your main rig. (Hi five)
A great addition to anyone's kit! Really can't beat the value.

5 out of 5 for me..let's see..car stoped it an ok..house fire in switch n screen only left goes ..droped 10m to concrete twice an goes .draged from rope 300metere on gravel an goes.lake drop screen blank..jus dry it it goes ..antenna if PTT 5 mins no damage..short circuit antenna nub 5watts PTT 5 mins an no damage..inject 5 Watts form another into radio..goes only. 0.1 Watts damage. 0.1 Watts less power transmit now.an that's nothing..very very good form factor with little nimble buttons.perfect.once you hold 6 n hand you won't want a better one.££ i promise..good video..check those RUclips stations out.top ones really...
