You need to start at a very young age training in order to have the split ability of that caliber . 5 - 6 years old kids can handle it easier , at around 8 - 9 it's getting hard and at around 12 it's over , you either have achieved it till now or you can't do it anymore .

I remember going to tournaments in the '90s in Phoenix and seeing a group of Mexicans that would come over from Mexico and do these exact same moves, but all together as a group. They were impressive, flexible and kicked relentlessly during their kata. We were just doing eskrima or Kenpo, nothing with such spectacle. There was no doubt they were in great shape from all that but they never won if there was wushu or kung fu contestants. Kenpo and eskrima are practical and functional in self defense situations, not flashy or used well for sport displays. But it was always cool to see what else was out there 👍
The kicks r 4 show but it shows how precise she can b. Her weapons skills r effective and I'm sure her regulator fighting skills r precise too. A precise punch can put u down and she backs it with speed. There is always sum1 better but she is good. Have to respect the time she trained
