    CJ, I'm new to the Ninja grill. I enjoy your recipes. I have a question. Probably very basic, but I'm new not only to the grill, but to cooking also. My wife is still in shock that I got this grill. If I cook two hamburgers instead of six, how should I adjust the heating temp and or time. Maybe I leave the heat at the same. I'd sure appreciate some help. Thanks so much. Mike.

    • @CookingWithCJ
      @CookingWithCJ  11 месяцев назад

      Hey Mike, the temp could be the same. The timing might vary. Get you an instant read thermometer and keep track of the internal temps as you go. I usually cook my burgers to medium or 145-150f internal. There is a link in the video description for the thermometers I use. The instant read is the Lightning by ThermoPro.

      @@CookingWithCJI had decided to buy the Woodfire oven that is on sale at Sams for $289.00, but I now think the XL will be much more versatile.
      My main problem is that I have many grills/ smokers already and cannot justify another, but the XL seems very convenient for a small family and still large enough for larger cooks. (The current price of the XL is about the same price as a smaller Recteq pellet grill.)
