In Outlook, click on the junk email options and choose "Permanently delete junk email instead of moving it to junk email folder" Again, not sure how long ago you asked this question but wanted to help.. I hate these videos where people love to hear themselves talk and talk and talk without just getting to the point...lol Hope I helped ya.
