So appreciate your clarification of what and where. I have had my long arm for a year now. I should clean every day

Finally!!! Some answers for using my Moxie. Asking at retailer and asking online at HQ didn't help. You girls helped with my questions and even more. Thank you.

I'm using my machine everyday; should I still be unplugging it from the wall? I also have a surge protector on my wall socket which also comes with a warranty that my machine is plugged in to.

I always unplug my machine from the wall when it is not being used. Even with the surge protect.

Why would you not change camera angle to show the needle and not the foot when you were changing the needle?

Yeah, most of us are not Hercules, so we can’t just pick up a 70-80 lb machine and take it to our local retail shop! Yikes!

Isn’t it the rubber from the track itself? Breaking down? Awfully black.
