Canada S4 was a legendary season. Kiki Coe, Denim, Kitten Kaboodle, The Girlfriend Experience, Aurora Matrix, Nearah Nuff, and Melinda Verga were such a fantastic cast (and nobody will EVER make something like Kiki Coe's design again). The Golden Beaver was such a fresh twist, and every episode was really well-made. I wish more people watched it. Edit: ALSO THE QUEEN WHO DIDN'T WEAR SHOES! SISI SUPERSTAR!!

People either have IT or they don't, and Melinda Verga definitely has IT. Makeup skills and wardrobe can be improved with money, but that special something can't be bought.
Listen, the fact Melinda has enough self awareness to walk out instead of creating a worse situation like violence or saying something that she wouldn't mean, but could hurt someone else or herself shows a great deal of emotional intelligence on her part. So I applaud her actions, she has great energy & she needs a glow up, which will naturally happen. I will remind everyone to go back to past first episodes of RPDR in America & take a look at some of the makeup & looks of queens who are now gorgeous global famous queens, I'm looking at you Willam & that 5 o'clock shadow & don't forget Shangela who looked like a man in a dress & bad wig during her first season and there's many more I could put in that rough first season list. Both are now gorgeous after their glow ups. So you go on with your fabulous self Miss Melinda I support you fully!❤😊
I think it’s also super important to note that Melinda comes from Alberta, which is arguably one of the least accepting provinces in Canada regarding lqbtq people. Being from Alberta, I don’t think people understand just how little community and support we have compared to provinces like BC, Ontario, Quebec, etc. Melinda doing what she did is SO huge for the queer community in Alberta. SO beyond proud to have Melinda representing me and my city. She’s a star ⭐️
I’m from Edmonton and I was so over the moon when she was casted! I had heard great things about her from other local queens posts before she was announced for Canadas drag race and I loved watching her on tv!
This is the only Canada season I remember... I love the drama... I love how charming Melinda was.. She was the whole show.. I stopped watching when she got eliminated.. I didn't even care who won. All I remember about this season is the Melinda Verga show. She would make the headlines at Global drag race with her crunchy looks and truly inspiring personality. She is who I want to be one day.

The thing about drag race queens is that you have to be likable.... you can have all the talents, fashion, looks, money.... if you are not likable, sorry hunny, that is the end for you. Just look at Shangela and Miss Vanhie when they first appeared, they weren't the most polished, but that likability and star power just exudes.
