Second time I got back to this video! But this time with real intention of starting a bussines! As for the previous time I was here I used to conduct a market research for a school project of mine, but that didn't end up to my likings and I actually had no clue what I was doing back then. This is why it’s a lot more difficult than just coming up with the words. It’s how are you going to live and breathe this. But yes, this is a GREAT first step. Once you determine how to make these part of your business DNA, then yes, systems, processes, even policies, strategy, hiring, work culture, marketing… pretty much everything will play a part to align everyone to what matters most to you. Keep going 🚀🔥
