Completely agree! It's an interesting quote isn't it? Most people chase after goals and that is usually wishful thinking. Implement systems.. in business and in life... the goals will follow and more importantly be sustained.

Then you’re doing too many things! Focus on a few things first! Ideally one thing at a time. Get it right. Monetise, systematise, SOP, delegate. Add new thing. Rinse. Repeat. If you don’t have the time then you’ve moved on to the next step too fast without passing go!
