So, his sales methods would be least cared because he has butter smooth systems abd services. Remember, the customer was ready to buy from him way before the sales call so Iman just has to care less.

Before i fully watch this video, i have to say that i have analysed some of the sales calls of Iman Gadzhi and i have to say that his sales skills and framework are okay, they work, not the best, but the offer he pitches to his clients are soo good that it would be stupid not to move forward. That ladies and gentlemen, is one thing that i think everyone should have in their business. A no brainer offer.
Its a good breakdown. Thank you. But the element you neglect is Iman Gadhzi's personnality. He does never feel he needs to proove anything. He KNOWS he will get the client. He lives like HE is the star they want to work with. He is acting from a star level, not from a salesman level. Also, some details were probably covered by his assistant during the first 15 min call and they probably covered details such as why they run ads on facebook only through an online written questionnaire, etc... do not forget, this is a "sales call" designed for youtube. Great content, congratulations on your videos! We run sales calls here in Brazil and completely agree with you on the points, we use the same “framework” here, ask and clarify as much as possible.
Mistake number 3 the minute i heard him say "oh wow" in my head I'm like he fxked up. Its hard during my calls to remember empathy. after I listen back I'm like damn I was heartless. I learned sales is fully truly listening to the paint points. Making sure the last experience does not repeat. Do the clients like more communication? what are their biggest concerns? I like my clients to feel safe and at ease with me. People forget about the human on the other side of the call.
Thanks for the video. I just started my own agency and I landed my first client yesterday. What I learned was going to the client's office/shop always gives you a huge margin for success. What I found is that people think they can immediately start doing agencies without sales skills which is just shooting themselves in the leg. It could've been a client in your agency but you just don't have the nerve or the skills to finesse the sale. Thank you for spreading the message and making videos for the new entrepreneurs.
Thanks man, I appreciate that. I’ll be sprinkling in some non-sales videos centered around other business RUclipsrs and trying different side hustles soon. Is there any other content you’d be interested in seeing?
good video mate, I joined a SMMA course and the sales guy was so pushy and he lilterally wanted me to put my credit card on the call even when I told him I don't have money to pay my rent this month. I told him sorry I can't do this and same day he tried giving me some fake pressure the offer is only for today, then he also tried, so you are not serious about your goals then?! I disped that sales man
the prospect pretty much explained their pain in mistake 3. He got screwed over which is what caused the pain. How could he have gotten deeper into something like that?
It's actually just about having a conversation more. Asking how they felt, what changes had to be made as a result, just having a longer conversation to better understand what other mistakes were made, and what other fears and concerns they may have moving forward. Just talking about it and being considerate, will strengthen the business relationship, but also gives more "ammunition" for negotiating, closing deals, and persuading people if they are not ready to sign with you.
i'd also like to point out another mistake he made that I noticed when watching the video, when he asked the potential client why they would make a good culture fit and the client was responding, Iman looked so bored like it looked like he didn't even care what the client was saying he wasn't making eye contact just looking off to the side and seemed so disinterested in the client's response which surely would've made the speaker feel uncomfortable it just looked bad, you asked a potential client a question about why they would work well with your agency and then you don't even try and act interested in their response, if you're good at sales surely you would try to have better control of your expressions and body language when trying to close a large retainer client right?
Too many situation questions from Iman's part. No empathy. No "real" problem questions, without mentioning implication and need-payoff questions. I myself make these mistakes but I'm a beginner damn, this guy is supposed to be an expert...
I wonder what type of business model they use. I’m 22 trying to start a business and don’t know how to go about it to have the greatest roi. I have started looking into ecomm retail but not too sure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
It 10/10 just depends on what you know how to do. To be quite honest, E-Commerce and SMMA can both be semi-risky because you have to know how to run ads (for SMA) or pay for product (e-commerce). With that being said, what do you have an interest in?

No he is not. His step dad was rich and helped him out to succeed and at the same time he was early in the grift he documented everything and eventually stumbled into success. There is a lot of dumb impresionable people out there.
What exactly makes you find weird about his agency making $60ish thousands with just 3 ppl on the team? A full time media buyer alone can handle 10-15 clients at this date and time and with Iman’s average retainer it makes perfect sense. This will only look odd if youre an old school business guy and are only familiar with the business structure of old school marketing agency with 10 different offers with full time employees that can’t wait to check out for the day.
No idea who you are but honestly, I'd like to see you record your own sales calls and go over the mistakes you made. Iman is well off to 9 figures and I couldn't care less about his mistakes. Sir, this video is breaking down Iman Gadzhi’s sales skills, because he made a lot of mistakes that if most people made would cause them to lose the deal. In your first response you said I’ve never closed “6 figure deals”, and I responded to give you an idea of my background, to show my knowledge comes from experience. Lol, I can see what you’re saying but this is definitely not a hate video. This is an analysis at his sales call to help other people with their sales.
@@business-advice-that-worksthe title and the thumbnail of the video says otherwise but okay...and be honest man....u trashed on someone for engagement....thats okay...doesnt make u evil at all
@@sgmoments9909 I think calling someone evil, or something else derogatory is trashing on someone. Instead, I rated his skill level, which is Zero. His sales skills suck, but that doesn’t mean he’s a bad person. So, as someone who does sales for a living, I critiqued this so other people could learn.
This man is only criticizing Iman’s sales skills, which is totally valid, he’s not hating on him, his only giving his point of view on something, and of course the thumbnail and title has to be catchy, because that’s how things work, but I don’t know why nowadays people cannot have opinions
I work on myself everyday. I own my own business and give free business advice on my RUclips channel. And in some cases (like this one), I break down other content to help other people learn what to do AND what not to do. In this case I break down Iman Gadzhi’s sales call because he doesn’t show people a realistic technique that actually works. That’s not hate. That’s value and education given to other people.
Still doesn’t change the fact that he has zero sales skills.i didn’t make this video to diss on Iman, I made this to help everyone who wants to start a business learn how to sale and scale. If that offends you then that’s not my problem.
Stop dik riding Iman. Maybe he's not what he appears. From RUclips he is successful in all aspects of life. But this video is just showcasing his skill or lack of in sales. Iman has been a RUclipsr for a long time and got clients through this platform and gained trust. Sales are easier when your a public figure like him. Watch him talk objectively, he is not great at sales and doesn't talk with Charisma and not influencing his prospect. Someone of his caliber as a agency owner should easily point out someone's else's flaws but he doesn't act on it. His bodily language is jittery. The only man that can get away with being awkward is Elon Musk, because his brain is running super fast.😂 In his edited videos, he's a total G. But He most likely made his fortune from RUclips Ads and his course; not from building a agency of which he has only a few employees.

@@FxIndustry thank you so much! I really do appreciate that. I’ll do my best to not let you down.
Not a Iman gadzhi fan.. But yousound just like Iman gadzhi.... trying to make a name by using his name ... lol
The difference is .. Iman is saying the education system the scam... and you are saying he is the scam.. don't try to act like a good guy.. when all you are after is money...
If you wanna make a namje.. make a name without using anyone's name...
The difference is Iman is saying the education system is a scam, to get his young audience to give him money instead. I'm teaching people sales skills to start their own business or advance their career in sales, so people can make their own money without having to spend money.
way too much value in your content.I'm expecting more videos like this covering sales and client managment
You got it! Haha. As a business owner, I want to help other people in sales (which is what I have a background in) and starting a business. I’m happy to make more content around this subject.
He just a scammer with luck iman Ghazi and all muslims majority same
Bad advice from you, you don’t one call close multi six figure deals.
@@lifeisabeginning this was not a multi 6 figure deal. The highest deal I ever close was a $60,000 deal.
@@business-advice-that-works you said he was pitching a 12k/mo deal.
I run an ecom ad agency and regularly close 8k - 20k/mo deals. Never on one call.
which deal are you referring to then?
@@lifeisabeginning if you were being honest you’d be able to see valuable advice. I have a very strong background in sales. I broke this down to give constructive criticism to help other people do better in their sales.
Classic zoomer response, goes to straw man and uncorrelated nonsense. Honest? Your title says 12k/mo deal.
Peak autism
Sir, this video is breaking down Iman Gadzhi’s sales skills, because he made a lot of mistakes that if most people made would cause them to lose the deal.
In your first response you said I’ve never closed “6 figure deals”, and I responded to give you an idea of my background, to show my knowledge comes from experience.
You can choose to take my advice, or you can choose to not.
Everyone hating on this man like they don’t have anything else to do and like he didn’t inspire the youth to better their lives
Why not just work on yourself and stop hating others?
I work on myself everyday. I own my own business and give free business advice on my RUclips channel. And in some cases (like this one), I break down other content to help other people learn what to do AND what not to do. In this case I break down Iman Gadzhi’s sales call because he doesn’t show people a realistic technique that actually works. That’s not hate. That’s value and education given to other people.
what ever he is but he is more smart than all of you guys
I highly doubt that
Iman can buy you 😂 He's 23 with a private jet. Im guessing you're older and can't afford a jet.
Still doesn’t change the fact that he has zero sales skills.i didn’t make this video to diss on Iman, I made this to help everyone who wants to start a business learn how to sale and scale. If that offends you then that’s not my problem.
You are naiv little boy.he cant afford a jet
Stop dik riding Iman. Maybe he's not what he appears. From RUclips he is successful in all aspects of life. But this video is just showcasing his skill or lack of in sales. Iman has been a RUclipsr for a long time and got clients through this platform and gained trust. Sales are easier when your a public figure like him.
Watch him talk objectively, he is not great at sales and doesn't talk with Charisma and not influencing his prospect. Someone of his caliber as a agency owner should easily point out someone's else's flaws but he doesn't act on it. His bodily language is jittery. The only man that can get away with being awkward is Elon Musk, because his brain is running super fast.😂
In his edited videos, he's a total G. But He most likely made his fortune from RUclips Ads and his course; not from building a agency of which he has only a few employees.
Lol.
