To everyone who has started or is thinking of starting their own business: *Believe in yourself and never give up.* If you can work 8 hours for someone else. You can work 2 hours for yourself.
15 year old, This is amazing I didnt even know I was in "Monk" mode, Ive been exercising 35min a day, rarely on my phone, studying, Praying, and taking notes on business to create mine. Once again I am super glad I have found you. Have a great day.
By far one of the most valuable videos on RUclips. Excellent advice and even better action items to ensure we can take ACTION on your advice. Avoiding distractions is by far the biggest obstacle for people in general in today's world, not just entrepreneurs. Great video man
I already implemented a lot of your suggestions and I am really grateful to hear it again, because i did not implement everything! like deleting Instagram or clean up my phone! So that is a reminder for myself to consider all your suggestions! The one sentence which is still in my mind is: My phone is never in my office...Never ever... Thanks once again Iman!
I just found your video and it gave me a huge relief for being okay with not doing the average things in life like parties, drugs, alcohol, wasting your time etc. Thank you! :)
Ah, yes. Being like a monk hy devoting all of your energy to material success. Jokes aside, even though I'm not a business person, as an engineering student I found a lot of these tips SUPER helpful.
It's about self improvement, and financial freedom brings more quality in life. Thus, the monk mode. A lot of people, scroll on social media for hours, waste time, get entertainments and validation from their social circles, eliminating that is monk mode.
what i like a lot about this video is that you‘re not only stating thing but you‘re also naming examples of how to participate in those habits. very informational video thank you!
My current monk mode process that I'm working on implementing: 1. Secondary phone for mornings with no way of contacting me (Except for close friends, family, trainer, and business partners). Main phone is kept off till 3 PM unless I need to deal with a verification text or something of that nature. 2. Screen time on phone that blocks most apps 10 PM to 10 AM - with my assistant having the password. 3. Cold Turkey app on Macbook pro - mainly to block NFT marketplaces and Discord since that is incredibly distracting. But also to block IG/social media. 4. Wim hoff + cold shower after gym as my morning routine. 5. No dating during the week. 6. Delete all social media and dating apps Monday to Friday - only use them on weekends. I used to do the two phone thing when I was the most productive in my life. I need to start doing that again (I specifically have a phone for that). Also you can use your apple watch as sort of an ipod while leaving your phone at home, which is a great idea if you're going for a walk/workout in the morning. Other tips: You can buy a phone box that allows you to lock your phone in there. This is a great idea if you need to get a few hours of work done and your phone is completely locked away.
It takes dedication, patience, long term commitment, constant learning, dealing with competition and so much more! But with the right mindset, focus and strategy everything is much better.
I am so impressed and super glad I found your page. I’ve only watched three videos so far in 24 hours and 🤯 already have so many life changing tips. Thank you
