Let's Catch Up and Make Pound Cake Cookies

- Pound Cake Cookies (White Lily Baking Facebook Page)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, room temp.
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temp.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, room temp.
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
4. On low, mix in flour and salt.
5. With a large cookie scoop, place onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper leaving at least an inch between each cookie. Cookies will spread slightly.
6. Bake for 16-18 minutes.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely.

I love that Bacon Ranch pasta salad. Its my favorite too. I take out the dehydrated peas and add frozen peas to it ( i boil them a few minutes first of course) but its so good

Hey hey i enjoyed this one because as usual you had me laughing when you said i dont like pound cake lets put some cocoa and chocolate chips in it that is something i would do i not a fan of pound cake either i am going to make them ....and the price of the meat was very good have a blessed day
