    I think you should watch Dr Eric Bergs videos on Keto. Keto isn't as complicated as you think. The mistake people make is that they don't eat a lot of vegetables or salad on Keto. If you eat a bowl of salad with lean protein and fat you should be fine instead making all those complicated recipes. And try IF fasting wi th Keto. Ever since I started clean Keto(clean salad with lean protein and fat) I often find it very difficult eating carbs.

      Thank you so much. I did check his videos and binge watched his channel, they have been helpful and I’ve learnt a lot.

      I'm vegetarian and I did Keto 2 years ago and lost 11.8kg in 4 months. However, it was complicated. This time round, I decided to change how I wanted to introduce Keto. by making as simple as possible. I'm also doing IF and Keto, however, I'm making all my own food as much as I can and the Freezer has become my intimate friend. So I make my own bread and flatbread. I'm looking at making my own Keto low carb pasta, in order to avoid the processed phenomena that I can't guarantee what's truly in it.
      This time, it's taken me just over 3 weeks to lose 7.7kg and I have plateau'd. The reason I decided to do this again, was for health reasons and so far, watching what I eat, has had a massive impact on my body and my health. Walking everyday, even once a day really helps too. Well done and congratulations to you. 👍🏽

    Same with me....
    I am fat, overweight but my blood sugar is usually between 4.5-5mmol/L,
    I did cholesterol test. My triglycerides was 1.7mmol/L
    Total Cholesterol was 4.0mmol/L
    But I weight about 110kg.
    I'm confused.

    Hi Damie! Great video. I think you should check out Dr Sten Ekberg's video on Low Blood Sugar and Keto. I'm not saying you should be on the Keto diet but it is informative and explains why you may have experienced low blood sugar. Good luck on the new lifestyle change and please keep us posted!

      I’m back to say thank you 😊😊. His videos have been quite helpful so far and I’ve been watching his videos back to back.
      From his video , I learnt that I probably entered ketosis too quickly.

      am living a keto lifestyle . Low blood sugar means there is low insulin production.

    Correct keto you don't eat high protein. High healthy fat YES, low carbs Yes, protein low pls.

    Keto is moderate protein and not high protein

    I think it would be great for you to see Dr. Pradip Jamnadas' videos.
    One on "fasting for survival" and the second on "the bittersweet truth....".
    But please reveal, did you feel sick or low on vitality when the low blood sugar levels were recorded?

      You threw me into a hole of further research😀, I have learnt a lot.
      I never fell sick or any kind of way when low blood sugar was recorded.
      I’m giving keto a go again with intermittent fasting too.
