Amy Grant's "That's What Love is For" was a big hit. Rob would like the awesome guitar solo about 2 and a half minutes into the song too! "I WIll Remember You" some of Amy's best solo vocals plus that AWESOME full sound of the 80's instrumentals - great drums & bass line, along with guitar & synth that is a feature of the era. Almost every song from her contemporary Christian album "Age to Age", you can't go wrong...but if you want a full orchestra sound with an added 80's rock band for a full 1 minute & 10 second instrumental that crescendos, (almost like listening to the beginning of an action adventure movie), choose "Sing Your Praise to the Lord". Amy pushes her vocals beyond her normal mellow, breathy sound in this song.

Here's another duet that Peter cetera & Kip Keyes does together. This was a massive hit too. "Peter Cetera & Kim Keyes / After All" [by the channel: melstrom] because of the great quality. Kim Keyes is a vocalist and backup singer. She also did a few duets such as this one with Peter Cetera. Here's a song of Amy Grant singing solo "Amy Grant - Good For Me (Official Music Video)" It was fun chilling with you guy's for a min.

The Kip (not Kim) Keyes duet is probably from his live concert album recorded with a symphony orchestra. Despite a couple hiccups, it's a fabulous recording and Kip joins Peter for several classic duets.

Yes, definitely his duet with Cher. More recorded duets, Rod Stewart and Tina Turner covering, It Takes Two; David Bowie and Tina Turner doing Tonight; Tina Turner and Barry White doing Wildest Dreams; Eric Clapton and Tina Turner doing Tearing Us Apart. Ann Wilson (of Heart) and Mike Reno (of Loverboy) doing Almost Paradise. Eurythmics and Aretha Franklin doing Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves and George Michael and Mary J. Blige doing Stevie Wonder's "As." Kenny Rogers and Sheena Easton covering We've Got Tonight.

How could you list all of those Tina Turner duets and not include It's Only Love, her duet with Bryan Adams? Some other duets I'll add are: This Old Heart Of Mine by Rod Stewart & Ronald Isley, Ebony Eyes by Rick James & Smokey Robinson, Whenever I Call You Friend by Stevie Nicks & Kenny Loggins, and Sisters are Doing It For Themselves by Annie Lennox & Aretha Franklin.

In 1993, Amy Grant was a guest on Vince Gill's TV Christmas special which was filmed in Tulsa. Vince says, "I didn't really know her, but when she walked in she smiled." When he got back to Nashville, he and a writing partner were preparing to work on a new song and he asked "What do you want to write about?" Vince said, "Amy Grant's smile." His friend said, "The Christian singer? Do you even know her?" The resulting song is Whenever You Come Around. He has written many love songs for Amy. Her heart and True love and One are among my favorites.

That song makes an exquisite duet, too, with the final verse equally suiting Joseph's point of view, and the chorus harmonizing magnificently. Not sure if there's a recording of it as a duet or not.

Amy Grant is known as the Queen of Christian Pop. She’s sold more than 30 million albums, and has won 6 Grammy Awards and 22 Christian Music Association Dove Awards (including 4 Artist of the Year Awards). She is the best-selling Christian music artist of all time. She was the first Christian singer to have a platinum-selling album, the first to cross into mainstream pop, and her album “Lead Me On” has been named the best Christian music album of all time. Above all, she is an incredible songwriter. Her later albums in particular have a remarkable depth.

Amy Grant had several hits on her album, "Heart in Motion", which is the same album with "Baby Baby". I'd recommend "Every Heartbeat" if you want something hopping like "baby Baby". "That's What Love Is For" is a great duet similar to this duet with Peter Cetera. "Good For Me" is another good track. One of my favorites is the slow and somewhat sombre, "I Will Remember You", which is sentimental to me because it was on a lot my senior year of high school when I was leaving friends for the military.
HOWEVER, keep Amy Grant in mind when the holidays come around in a few months. Her album, "Home for Christmas" is a masterpiece and is one of my favorite holiday albums of all time, ranking with Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole. Her cover of "Grown-Up Christmas List" is my favorite. Her original song, "Breath of Heaven" brings me to tears every time.

Man was this a huge hit for these two. Peter Cetera left Chicago for a solo career and released his album SOLITUDE/SOLITAIRE in 1986. Amy Grant wasn't well known in the pop world at this point. She was known more in her religious circles but Peter knew who she was and had her duet this song on this album. Also on this album was "Glory of Love" from the Karate Kid II soundtrack, which was a big hit. Amy found pop success in 1991 with "Baby, Baby" and in part to her duet with Peter.
Peter has one of the most iconic voices. You can definitely tell, without even seeing who is singing, that it is Peter. Check out "One Good Woman".
