- The Core Breath is essentially Kegels done in coordination with your breath to optimize core and pelvic floor function.
This is a great core exercise and can be added to other movements to turn almost any exercise into a core exercise.
Try this exercise if you are experiencing low back pain, incontinence or prolapse.

Thank you for your videos.. after contracting how much should the pelvic floor lift? I’m feeling a subtle lift
It is a gentle lift. Sensation may be subtle but should build over time. I recommend seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist.
Was looking for ideas for incontinence and love the explanations but all videos are over 2 years old so are they not being done anymore
the principles stay the same and there are also new videos to view.
