I'm learning as much as possible about the plasma atomization process so that I can attempt it in my garage :)

Good luck! But this is gas atomization, not plasma atomization.

Sandvik makes some good products, I've been using their carbide tooling for over a decade. That's a beautiful process from start to finish, very efficient. Wish I could afford an additive printer, I'd definitely use their products...

Love how they're in a factory with no safety glasses on.

No more need for them. All dust and would be small fragments are completely eliminated. What I am more concerned with is why the workers are not wearing dust control bunny suits and filter masks to protect the product from human made microscopic dust. This kind of product must be kept ultra pure and completely free of even slight traces of contaminants brought on by dirty, icky humans.

metal through induction coil and blast with gas to separate drops and cool, sounds pretty fucking easy. Fork lift on a programmed track, could do that with a fucking pallet jack.

Powder atomization through plasma or laser defoiliation isnt as efficient as resonant dissolution.
