Hello my lovelies! Today, I am making some Cheesy Garlic Potato Au Gratin. Potato Au Gratin is very similar to cheesy scalloped potatoes. The only difference is Potato Au Gratin has thinner potato slices compared to Scalloped Potatoes. This easy recipe is the perfect side-dish from salmon and chicken. ENJOY!

POTATO AU GRATIN RECIPE
2 lb. or 4 large russets potatoes
1 1/2 Cups heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 large garlic cloves chopped
1 medium shallot peeled and chopped
1 Cup Gruyère cheese grated
1 Cup white sharp cheddar cheese grated
Chopped chives
*You can mix any 3 cheeses: Gruyère, White Sharp Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. If you only want one cheese, use Gruyère.
