Hi, I'm the pilot of this deck in the episode. 1st thing I want to say is that I messed up the decklist. The one at the end is not exactly the same as I used in the replays. If you plan on participating in Bottom table don't repeat my mistakes. I mostly experimented with two decks, one using Hypnagogia and another with Neiroy turbo (with small world hence digibug in last replay) in which you don't play Hypnagogia (3 free URs) and you can cut Avarice and random Dream mirror traps that were in the decklist at the end 2nd thing is that there are no replays going 2nd or against handtraps. I just thought it wouldn't be interesting to see pass on nothing on field (or verte DPE) against a single Ash. I wasn't joking when I said the deck is not better than War rocks
Actually they are but I can see the confusion, cause you know: you can splash dream mirrors with branded.... that alone already pushes it up. Then again they are both ass.
I based decks on if they can play under DNA surgery/transplant. War rocks cannot do under either or. But dream mirrors can at least play under DNA surgery, AND tcboo.
Oh were(its bad enough that google auto correct doesnt know the word "were") you playing pure dream mirrors that time? Cause if so: then it is debatable whether or not they are blworse than war rocks.
I totally get that, but i think moving forward it would be cool to also see why the decks are indeed not meta and see their weaknesses. Just one or two really short games your you get handtrapped and then lose, maybe in a speedup would in my opinion improve the series.
The best part for me about finding out this archetype exists is that I had an idea for a custom archetype with the exact same gimmick. I named it Lucid Dream / Vivid Dream. Just add a mirror.
i hate when bad archetypes are also expensive like this decklist has so many SRs and i am not using that much dust for dream mirrors but i would love to play all the archetypes in this series
yeah, i think that is one of konamis biggest mistakes regarding master duel. Every Deck needs UR's and good decks cost as much as bad decks.Sword soul is super cheap compared to some jank decks and still really strong after one year.
I feel that I wanna play B.E.S deck but the 2 vital cards (field spell and boss lvl 9) are both UR. Field barrier is also SR and the archetype being mixed up with Kozmo and Gradius pack is just excruciating...

I had a lot of fun bringing them to locals last year when the new support came out. Even got top 8 with them. Definitely a fun deck to buy if you have the pricier staples/ED
i like avarice in this deck. with all the tributing to summon from deck actions, it's very easy to five enough monster counts for activation requirement

Never expected Dream Mirror could put up such boards, might actually look into it myself. That first duel though really gives it a lop-sided view, the way that Swordsoul player played out his hand was so bad, it was just painful to watch. That hand was a very winnable against the board the Dream Mirror player had made if the Swordsoul player just knew what they were doing. They should have summoned Ashuna first, going into Monk, then special summon Adhara, and then they could still special summon Ecclesia as the Swordsoul player only controlled 2 monsters vs the 3 of the Dream Mirror player. From there on it is basically a case of baiting out the dark Oneiros negate, be it with Ashuna summoning Vishuda from the deck or the level 8 synchro you then make using Vishuda and Adhara (Baxia in this scenario). If Ashuna baited the negate, the Swordsoul player would have had Longyuan, normal summon Taia, Ecclesia into Mo Ye and Protos, if Baxia did, the Dream Mirror player would have had to deal with the Vishuda bounce as well, which would have dealt with Light Oneiros before commiting to the Swordsoul cards and Baxia extending. Would it have been a victory for the Swordsoul player, impossible to tell because I don't know how good the recovery of Dream Mirror is, but breaking the board and ending on at least 1 synchro and Protos would have given them a chance to say the least
Unfortunately Dream Mirrors are UNBELIEVABLY BRICKY... like worse than some turbo tuesday decks. Which is why I play ***EVEN MORE BRICKS*** With chaos creator and chaos daedalus

I played this deck for like a month a few months ago because I thought the art looked pretty (which it is) and the playstyle seemed interesting. It was fun but god the whole thing dying to a single negate on Dark Neiroy hurts.
Cool concept. I do wish there was an angel/demon archetype like this. Boss monsters based on the 7 Archangels (Michael, Uriel, Raphael, Gabriel, etc.) and the 7 Archdemons (Beelzebub, Amon, Belial, Baal, etc.).
My Dream for this deck to be able to play with their effects even if their fields are on gy (Since they vanish on their own)... Imagine not being discouraged after Duster, but also playing Foolish burial goods Meanwhile... Back to tribute Mara pass cause Ash, or better yet, no spells on hand
