You're free to have it as backing for an animation if you request and receive permission, and people are usually free to react to those animations, but that's about it. This has been the case for nearly a decade, and I haven't heard any word on that position changing thus far. I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask, but it's pretty much known that you can't react to her content.
