Summer of 18 Lagwagon played on a festival in Asturias (Spain) I bought the tickets on friday morning, drive back home from Madrid, take care of bussiness on my home town and go to the festival. Gogol Bordelo playin on the scenario. Next day after a cool concert of Hives I was a bit drunk with a lof of good friends, suddenly Lagwagon start playing this song some friends take myself up in the air, and fly for all the song fallin in front of scenario. I was so drunk that I start running away from the security guy who only want to tell me how to live the scenario. Still have fun when I remember. thank you all Parrondo's brosh, Fir, Sunday, Lie, Pilun, Tone, and everyone who I forget and was there and of course thank you Lagwagon for this master piece.

I'm only 19 but why am I missing the 90's so much? I was born October 1st 1999...I literally experienced 2 months of the 90's...but it resonates with me like it was my fucking life... Probably because I live like I'm in the 90's. I have my 90's music (most of my music is 90's anyways), I have my skateboard 90's styled (Chocolate Chico Brenes board, Core trucks, Bones Super Reds bearings, TGM wheels...I'm totally punk besides being a trap metal lover. My life is spent like I'm in the 90's. Never lived in it but boy do I miss what I could have had.

No "punk" is like old school punk (some of which is godawful crap). Punk is a mainstream accepted form of music and by the old definition therefore ceases to be "punk". Just like it for what it is and quit trying to label it anything. Lagwagon writes freakin' amazing songs. They shouldn't have to apologize for knowing more than 3 chords.
a question for the Lagwagon fans: I`ve been on a party yesterday and they played a ballad of lagwagon, it was a rather quiet song with acoustic guitar i was surprised they even had ballads. Does anyone know the title?
Is this before shawn dewey and derrick plourde left? Or is this that brief period between '96 and '97 when they had a temporary guitarist and drummer before they recruited chris rest an dave raun? Or it this aftr that? Lol HELP ME!!!
+Dog Mayor well, dave raun is in the video, so I'm assuming some time after that, or perhaps footage from a long timeframe...some segments show the date of the footage as being in may 1996 (quite close to may 16th, I should say)

Lagwagon never said "hey lets start a pop punk band you guys" it's most likely they started off playing joke grindcore songs then started getting structure. Then decided to make a buck by playing slower songs that girls like. Then was labeled pop-punk by fancy trenders like yourselves.
