Really love the song and day, and honestly the best recording I’ve seen of this song. Not even the Punk Rock Holiday video was as good as this. The only complaint I have is I wish the 2nd half of the song didn’t sound like it was slowed down, Dave probably ran outta steam to keep up, that’s okay tho. Still kicked ass ❤
90s teen in HB and Newps, surfing and doing ding repair on 5th Street. My punk experience was mostly a proj inside a room, but I opened the door, eventually. The lyrics are more real now than they were then. Funny.
One person opinion - This song really eclipses their earlier stuff. The subject matter of faith and belief, based on the book “A Prayer for Owen Meaney”, is so relatable. The composition of the music itself leaves me with chills.
