We are all now in various data-bases that can be used against us if it suits whichever organisation or government department that has access to this. What he means is the tempo stays the same, but the rhythm changes. It’s such a great tension builder in headbanger music. You can see the crowd get stirred up by the effect.

Literally one of the most intense live performances ever caught on film. The crowd looks like a flowing sea of humanity. The band has them "UNDER CONTROL"! Insane!
Their live performance at Pinkpop 1993 is why I consider their debut album as the angriest debut album I’ve ever listened to next to Korn’s debut album which is ironic since both Zack de la Rocha and Jonathan Davis sported dreadlocks and had an extremely aggressive and venomously energetic on stage presence, not to mention both debut albums had distressing cover art.
