Hey guys thanks for watching just to be clear this is a watch I waited for online at a Swatch store and paid retail for. Also here is a recent link to a conversation I started on WatchCrunch! Love your videos and input, here first today!
the omega looks very good. Nice review btw.
Great list! The Blue Shark III from Delma is a 4000m diver. Also, UTS has 4000m divers as well as Ball has a Deep Quest 3000m dive watch. I have the Zelos Abyss 3, 3000m diver. Great watch!
These list videos are always an interesting watch as I often get introduced to watches I've never heard of.
Great video! Great watches. I might try to find that Zelos!
Love this video! Nice.
Good stuff. The Omega Ploprof is so iconic!
Nice Video, I've seen many interessting watches. Thanks.
A not so expansive diver is the spinnaker Piccard with 550m wr.
great list there was a few id never seen before. one extreme diver i own that was missing is the Christopher Ward C60 trident elite which is my favourite diver presently!
Chris check out the Timex 1854 with depth gauge
Nice succinct review. Of course gotta love the Ploprof and Tuna, (especially the 1000m vetsions). Both historic purpose built watches. Would also point out SeL Omnidiver and D42-T grade 5 titanium divers with 6,000m and 5,100m WR. Designed, machined and hand built in Tuscon. Thanks, Patrick
👍👍👍 Nice Watch 👍👍👍
Ball DeepQuest II Creamic is also a decent watch fits the category, I really like its monoblock case and integrated helium escape valve crown design.
Limiting this list to 10 is quite the challenge. I think that perhaps the Sinn U2-T EZM 5 is a good runner up. If you expand the list to include quartz watches in the future, there would be interesting offerings from Sinn (UX), Citizen, and Casio. Great list!
Nice list. Some time ago I came across Ratio a brand out of Singapore. I bought their 1000m auto diver with manual operated helium valve (like Omega) not expecting much since it cost under $150. It's not bad at all and I've not seen a cheaper 1000m rated diver.
blancpain watch that you mention, is THE best divers watch ever made.
My Sinn UX is still keeping up with only 5000/12000 meter.... It`s quartz but i love it.
That Blanpain wao!
Nice List! You definitely could have included the Doxa Sub 300t with 1,200 meters of water resistance and as much dive watch history and provenance as any dive watch. Cheers!
I have a couple micro brand watches with 1000m water resistance-are they really, I don’t know but they’re cool.
The two are: Armida A1, and the Zoretto Jotta. Always love an over the top dive watch! Best regards 😎
What is the Seiko wall clock (?) mode number ? thx. I want to buy one.
I was a scuba diver for years you want a big watch , I love the Bulova I've never seen one before 👍 you can strap these watches on a dive suit & they would be perfect , but my experience is you don't really want a expensive watch you get bounced around a lot on dive boats there usually crowded & easy to hit on dive tanks or the side of the boat , Thanks for the video 🙏
100mtr is usually enough anything deeper is dangerous .
I have a bulova 96b226 titanium that I have modified with a titanium bracelet. it would be fun to show it on a little film for you. but how will it be done? Lennart
Dude, no H20? Their Kalmar 25000m diver surely could have made the list. That's 25k tested!!
Just what I wanted to say. This list is incomplete without even mentioning H2O. They are probably THE best example for actually wearable extreme dive watches. And their (tested!!) 25000 m diver is just insane.
You missed the Breitling Avenger 2 Seawolf!
The ploprof is the ultimate omega for me.
I like that undone aqua2 watch going for $400 or a Davosa Batman watch
@WatchChris Agreed - One does not need an extreme dive watch including those that have HEV/HRVs. 200m/660ft WR is well sufficient meeting ISO requirements is adequate for anyone including those who go subaqua or scuba diving.
One doesn't "need" a watch collection either. But it's fun. A depth rating was never related to what the human body could withstand. Think about it, or look up the history. If you did dive would you trust your life to digital equipment solely... (I choose not to).
There is also a Rolex deep sea homage made by Cronos with 2000m water resistance for about $250 us dollars in amazon in case someone are looking for some even more affordable option.
Racing chronographs, dive watches, pilot watches, military watches - it's all cosplay.
Brilliant watches. But modern PloProfs have a screw caseback and Rolex style HEV... Omega sold out the design, unlike Seiko who kept both the HE proof case and monoblock on both the Marinemasters (300 and 1000) and Tuna. Worth checking out Squale's deep divers and Doxa's.
You missed my favourite the Oris Titan C small seconds in Titanium with 1000 meters depth rated. This is the one watch in my collection that I will never sell!
Is that the one with the depth gauge?
@@WatchChris No this watch is the model before the Aquis, this is a 2010 model with the dual crowns. You have inspired me to do a review on it and should be up later today. Love your channel!!
the Rolex Deepsea looks like the Seiko save the Ocean except the Seiko STO looks much better.
where are the Sinn watches?!
You missed one that I think absolutely had to make this list: the Delma blue shark IV.
This watch has a water resistance of 5000m and only costs 2800 USD. Yes, it’s an automatic.
Stowa Prodiver - 1000m, 42mm, €1800 - UTS 4000M Dive Watch, 45mm, LE@200, €?
I regularly wear my MM300. It's beautiful and though chunky, i forget I'm wearing it. One point, most watches on this list aren't Diver's per se. They lack tbe ISO certification which would entitle them to say: Diver's #### meters on the dial. Take depth ratings with a grain of salt.
Jag har en
Can't we all stfu about dive computers when talking about dive watches???
