Your RUclips videos and your honesty took me to your website to place an order. But your website design was so contra-conducive to a making a layman like me buy a mattress that it actually discouraged me to do business with the firm. @@sdmattressmakers consumer reports also rated the casper hybrid #3. I think this matress can be tested at rooms to go. Yea I am a little skeptical about some of their ratings also?
I recently went to the Avocado showroom, and I found the plush green mattress to be comfortable. But, I went for another brand's natural latex bed that was 1K cheaper. So far, I'm enjoying it.
what is the best latex density for the top layer ?
As they point out there is no 'best' layer for the top as it depends on what you prefer. Most people will go for a softer top layer. The good thing about many latex mattresses is that usually come with two layers. One firm and one softer, with the softer layer on top. If the mattress has a zipper then you can easily flip the layers if you prefer that firmer feel and have the firm layer on top.
That’s a tough question because there is no perfect answer.
We general go a little softer and have found people tend to like the Talalay feel for the top layer because of the softness for pressure relief and also it is more consistent than Dunlop.
