- From September to the end of October, I help lead an Adventure Cycling Association van-supported bicycle tour on the entire Route 66. This starts in Chicago, IL and ends in Santa Monica, CA. This vlog documented the days leading into the trip and how I got over to Chicago.

Hi good video!! Route 66 was a great ride, I bikepacked it back in 1998 before it was a bike route!! It was awesome!! 🚴 I'm going to ride it again on my way to Maine!! Going to ride the Pacific coast this summer then to Maine the following!! Adventure on brother!!!🚴👍

Hi Johnny, good to hear you its be a while I haven't heard from you I know you been busy with the bike touring .continue to do what you enjoy doing because your good at it some of us are not in a position of doing that I envy you. but as for me I'm still riding lot since I'm not working Carlos. If not, I have a great trip up in Northern California, Big Basin Redwood state park, then onto surf city Santa Cruz to watch some surfing and eat some fresh sea food on the wharf camp on the coast New Brighten Beach, then back to Silicon Valley, 50 miles a day for three day? Tony
Hey Tony! That sounds like a great trip. What is your dates? I have a full slate of tours I am working on for Adventure Cycling so I may not have the time to join you but if the dates do work out, I may be tempted. I'm long overdue for a visit to the Bay.
