Baldy Bruiser - June 2018 (Bikepacking Trip)

I’ve traveled across the country multiple times in every different direction. I’ve also ridden across Europe through 9 countries but I have never experienced a ride as difficult as this one. We started from San Bernardino Metrolink station and rode up to Big Bear by mountain bike trails to the actual starting point of this ride. We actually did not finish the entire route but here is what happened.

Nice video! I road from San Bernardino to Arrowhead along the baldy bruiser route last year. Total butt kicker but awesome. Look forward to finishing it. If you ever do a group ride again, drop me a line! I’ll try to join.

5:00 is kinda bad. hundreds of spent shotgun shells all over the trail.

There's a Meetup group that we post up rides. We ask folks to contribute $2 a month so to weed out people who are serious about this so when you're ready for your first tour with us, you can jump in. I wouldn't join the MeetUp group until you're absolutely sure you're coming unless you don't mind contributing the money.
