  • Today my Mom is showing you how to make a Cantonese dim sum recipe which is deep-fried sesame balls filled with peanut butter. I personally did not have sesame balls before with a peanut butter filling but I must say, it tasted absolutely delicious. I hope you guys give this Cantonese dim sum recipe a try and let us know how tasty it was. Enjoy
    Ingredients that you will need
    For the Sesame Balls Dim Sum recipe dough
    - 150 gram Wheat starch flour
    - Hot water
    - 300-gram Glutinous rice flour
    - 130-180 grams of sugar depending on your sweetness
    - 150-gram Pork lard
    To coat the Sesame Balls
    - 1 tbsp glutinous rice flour
    - water
    - sesame seeds

      Yes you can, it's the same dough just shaped into a football without sesame seeds😁

      Just add slowly until you get good dough like video, the dough should be smooth

      It's best to put dough in fridge but knead it smooth when making the sesame ball for deep frying

      Yes you can, just defrost and knead with some water

    What kind of sugar are u using? It's brown?
