If prisoners had; organic, fresh, seasonal, local produced vegetarian food, especially veggies, if would cost a little bit more in the food budget. But the recidivism rate would be vastly less. Making it very worthwhile. It's not candle lit dinners, there is nothing fancy about some veggies. Just healthy, simple food.
