Those steaks looked fantastic, and what a perfect way to celebrate the 4th too! I am cooking steaks and shrimp tomorrow, but it won't be that good! I love that sear you can get on the Pit Boss. I am about 100% I want to Pit Boss Pellet Grill because of that sear setting. Something you can't do on a Traeger. Too bad Pit Boss isn't going a giveaway on one of those, lol. Nice to "meat" a fellow Jason, his stuff looks great! I entered the contest, and look forward to see what he's got. Have a happy 4th gents!
