True story. As a kid in the 80's, I met Jaws on vacation sitting on the sand at Waikiki beach. I remembered him from the movie biting things with his silver teeth. I was on my way to McDonald's. I bought him a Big Mac. Gave it to him on the way back. We sat on the crowded beach and ate lunch. We discussed about his Bond movies. He told me the cable he chewed through in Moonraker was made of Licorice. I will tell you he chewed through the Big Mac i gave him in about 2 bites. He was a cool dude.
I'm a long time subscriber of David Zaritsky from the beginning and it is wonderful to see this collaboration with you. My two favorites together! I always look forward to both of your videos. An A+ in my book!
"Goldfinger" 1964 , I was 12 years old and still my favorite Bond movie. By the way I do wear an Omega SMP300 blue wave dial as an everyday watch. I really enjoyed this video, thank you.
I use to hide the Bond books behind a magazine cause I thought my dad would not approve of my reading them. Probably the first adult book I ever chose to read.
It's great to see a Bond exponent in his fifties in such great shape! He could easily step into a cameo role of Bond himself. And yes he wears the Casino Royale Planet Ocean so well. Great Video - thoroughly enjoyed it.
A truly superb interview! I thoroughly enjoyed the exuberance and passion that David has for his collection. And what a collection it is! Epic watches, fersure! One of your best videos, TGV! You smashed it, my broster! Bravo!
WOW!! What a collection!!! I personally love the Goldeneye era.. i fondly remember watching this back in the 90’s and thinking to myself that one day I will have a Seamaster!!! I’ve been very lucky and I now own one!! It’s not just about watches but personal achievements and goals.. This is what I love about Watches.... The stories behind them.. Great Episode... Goldeneye forever!! BMJ ENGLAND 🏴
I once saw Richard Kiel walking through LAX . He was up ahead in the crowd and I thought a guy was riding on someone’s shoulders.... he was huge! Friendly guy , a lot of folks were saying hi and he was gracious.
Fascinating. People seldom appreciate the joy an object can bring. The historical relevance or simply the memory it invokes is worth a lot to some people which is why value is subjective. Good for him!
Unbelievable. I had never heard of David or his channel, so you can imagine the Thrill I got from Seeing this collection. Wow. I have been a casual Bond fan for many years.I’m afraid that is about to change. This has got to be one of my favorite, all time Urban Gentry videos. David hits me as a truly nice guy.Thank you TGV.
TGV, these 30 minutes brought me an immense amount of pleasure. Was unaware of David's channel. As actors go, a Sean Connery or Michael Caine possessed a magic only found in that working class era of the UK. Although not related, don't miss Tarantino's Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. Best Regards, JPD
Great episode! It would be a dream to come true to see the beautiful Bond museum that David has created. David is very passionate about the work of James Bond.
David is such a great guy and geek! I love his channel and enthusiasm. Seeing you two together was fantastic, i couldn't believe at first two of my favorite channels collaborating!
Hi TGV - What a nice surprise! I'm a subscriber of David's channel as well and nice to see my two favourite RUclipsrs talking about my favourite subjects. Great video and tour of David's collection. Looking forward to upcoming videos. Best Regards, John
Best part of this video: both of them enjoying the wear, scratches, and damage on their Bond watches as the years of use go by. I really liked how neither of them were over protective of their timepieces, nor did they get the scars repaired during servicing
Good segment and good conversation. It's pleasant to see such a Bond enthusiast, what a collection. The gatherings with Bond enthusiast would be remarkable. Thank you for sharing TGV. 🥃
Hi GTV, very very very nice interview with David Z. It is so great o have a tour of David's collection. Same here, I have been watching a lot of the Bond Experience and Urban Gentry. Thank you for this special video. Vic
Awesome. As a kid I remember watching the Bond movies on tv. Then when A View to a Kill came out my dad took my brother and I. We were quite young but by then we were already a pair of Bond nuts. To this day one of my brother's (who lives in the same city as my dad) still goes to the Bond movies with our dad.
This was such an interesting video, great to see two enthusiasts discussing their passions about this amazing collection and dong so in such a posit ve and respectful way. Great production quality too 🎉
Thanks for the visit! And you have to see the Florida Bond museum with "Originals movies cars" and accessories at The Dezer Collection, a must see in any Bond fans bucket...
Great video, TGV! I only wish that, in "Casino Royale," when Vesper asks Bond, "Rolex?" that, without missing a beat, he would have replied, "Invicta." 🤣
Wow, what a great video! Thank you so much for this. I truly enjoyed it. David's passion for all things Bond just rings through. Could you consider doing more content like this?
TheBondExperience David, keep up your great work. Your channel always brings me back to why I enjoy Bond so much ever since I watched From Russia with Love and read the book afterwards.
My two favourite You Tubers.. And I'm a big Bond fan and Bond got me into watches.... Perfect combination! And that's a nice GMT Pepsi on jubilee you are wearing!
Fantastic video, I'm a big Bond fan and didn't even know this guy had a collection and a channel before today. I can't imagine the years and money he's invested into what I think is the coolest private collection I've ever heard of. I love the Omegas but I must say I agree the Connery Rolex to me might be the most beautiful watch ever made and certainly my favorite Bond watch. Too bad they're so massively expensive and so heavily worn....It saddens me to think I'll never own one. Perhaps one day I'll strike it rich and once I finally obtain that grail, I'll "Never say Never Again" HAHAHA cheers!
Thoroughly fascinating. I have some of the watches, I love Persol sunnies (before DC wore them) & I have about 20 x 1/43rd scale model cars. All the films on VHS, DVD & now Blu-ray. This chap has more than earned a sub😎
This is a brilliant collaboration. I've been a fan of David's channel for years and the two of you together are great. I hope you have the opportunity to do more together. Cheers.
Tony! Lovely to see your comment again and thank you for the kind words. I am equally happy to see you again, I hope all is well my friend. Thank you, Best regards, TGV
Love this! I'm so glad that his favorite watch moment was the Live and Let Die chainsaw moment because it's mine as well (even though I always tend to lean towards Brosnan's Bond being a 90s kid.) I still want to get a Seamaster 300 Goldeneye version with the quartz movement (midsize for my small wrist though!) Fantastic episode! Great stuff as always, TGV!
On the part about Flemming not describing Bond's lifestyle; Scott Adams did the same in the Dilbert comic strip by never describing the company or the industry he worked in.
Tgv thanks for the video. Nice introduction to this guy's channel. Believe it or not I hadn't seen any of his stuff before. As a Scotsman I'd never heard Connery being referred to as a coffin maker before and had to fact check that. He was in fact for a short period a coffin polisher. Not much in the collection from Timothy Dalton. I wonder what watch he wore? Brosnan was due to do the film's Dalton did but couldn't get out of his TV contract with Remington Steele. I think a lot of people bought Brosnan's Omega Seamaster. I bought one as a gift to myself for my 21st birthday and still love the watch today after first seeing it in Goldeneye.
I believe Timothy Dalton wore a Tag Heuer diver with a white dial in The Living Daylights. There is a good shot of it in the fight scene in the LandRover before it goes over the cliff .
I find that people's favorite Bond is the one you grew up with. So Sir Roger was 'my' Bond, even though as an adult I prefer Connery's or Craig's films, the Moore Bond movies always make me feel like a kid and bring a smile to my face. Besides, skiing off a cliff to open a parachute with the union jack was about the perfect camp Bond stunt of all time.
AWESOME VLOG as always TGV, loved it...such a great topic & what an amazing guy. I didn't even know about his RUclips channel, will most definately be subscribing & watching his content.
TGV I'm obviously a fan of your channel and also really like the Bond experience channel even if not a crazy Bond fan... but seing the 2 of you together... so cool, great idea!!
I gotta agree, Commander Bond's watch should always be a Rolex Sub .... although the Omega Seamaster is such a close 2nd. Own both and love both! Great video!
I have Connery 1st and Craig 2nd on my list and the amount of pushback I get on that is absurd. I'm glad to see that my list is inline with a true fanatic.
I was a kid when the Roger Moore movies were coming out, so he and Sean Connery are the real thing as far as I'm concerned. But I know I'm biased so I can understand why others will have their own favorites.
TGV, that was a great interview with Dave. I know on some level I bought a 14060M because it reminded me of scene where Roger Moore and Jane Seymour are tied together and the timing bezel cuts through the rope. Surprised you didn’t wear the Fleming.
Super late to watching this video, but outside of the phenomenal collection of Bond watches, as a "watch nerd" in general the fact that your wife wears a 5513 Sub is awesome!
This was a great video! I could look at this collection for weeks and not get bored. Absolutely amazing collection and displays, well done gentlemen.

Now that, my friend, is a very cool story.
247tubefan I met him at a Taekwondo Tournament...a great dude!!!
That jacket belongs to Mr. Gilmore!! 😂
This is one long lie of a story. Best, Smegson
247tubefan Cool , thanks for sharing that 👍
A kid in a candy store grinning from ear to ear, you're living the dream my friend. Enjoy the ride!
Come on man, I don’t think any riding was going on.
Can't believe I'm only seeing this *now* ...great, great work here, including quietly sharing my feelings toward View to a Kill. 😊
I'm a long time subscriber of David Zaritsky from the beginning and it is wonderful to see this collaboration with you. My two favorites together! I always look forward to both of your videos. An A+ in my book!
Thanks so much!

My dad made me watch Goldfinger when I was a kid. It was so awesome. I have a good father.

Wow, thanks so much!
A truly superb interview! I thoroughly enjoyed the exuberance and passion that David has for his collection. And what a collection it is! Epic watches, fersure! One of your best videos, TGV! You smashed it, my broster! Bravo!
What an awesome show. Huge fan of Bond and relation to his watches. Truly enjoyed, thanks!

Such a pleasant conversation. Thank you, TUG.
I once saw Richard Kiel walking through LAX . He was up ahead in the crowd and I thought a guy was riding on someone’s shoulders.... he was huge! Friendly guy , a lot of folks were saying hi and he was gracious.
rex racer Thanks for sharing that , sounds cool 😎
This is a match made in my RUclips heaven. I watch both of these channels religiously and for them to combine is just amazing!
Thanks! Hopefully the beginning of many more.
Fascinating. People seldom appreciate the joy an object can bring. The historical relevance or simply the memory it invokes is worth a lot to some people which is why value is subjective. Good for him!

WOW. Spectacular video. I wasn't expecting anything more than a conversation in this video, but I was blown away by everything in it.
"Whar man spills another man gathers". Terrific ! I still say the best Bond Girl is Honor Blackman ; no doubts ! Marvelous !
Awesome video TGV 👍🏻 it would be great to make more videos likes; about watches and their presence in movies. Again, nice job 👍🏻

For some reason I missed this video and I am only seeing it now. Wow what an amazing collection .
It's beautiful listen to this man talk about what he loves, really makes me happy.
I'm from the UK, England and I appreciate Bond that little bit more.
This collection is out of this world, wow just wow.
Hes a jew no surprise
@@o2xb. What does that even mean?
That little bit more the whom?
Good segment and good conversation. It's pleasant to see such a Bond enthusiast, what a collection. The gatherings with Bond enthusiast would be remarkable. Thank you for sharing TGV. 🥃
Hi GTV, very very very nice interview with David Z. It is so great o have a tour of David's collection. Same here, I have been watching a lot of the Bond Experience and Urban Gentry. Thank you for this special video. Vic
Dave’s passion for Bond and your passion for watches have so much in common - makes for the perfect collab. Great video.
Ahh. Never expected these two channels to collab. Been subscribed to both for years, so this makes me a happy camper!

Hi TGV,
Great video, great entertainment. Waiting for Part 2.
Have fun
René
Thanks for the visit! And you have to see the Florida Bond museum with "Originals movies cars" and accessories at The Dezer Collection, a must see in any Bond fans bucket...
The video I’ve been waiting for 😎 Much love TVG
David is having fun which is a pleasure to see. 🍾🥂👍🏽😉
Great video, TGV! I only wish that, in "Casino Royale," when Vesper asks Bond, "Rolex?" that, without missing a beat, he would have replied, "Invicta." 🤣
A relaxed conversation of two guys sharing one passion: very nice to watch, thank you!
Superb film 30 minutes of pure nostalgia thank
What an amazing Gentry Episode of an amazing Bond collection.
Fave Bond ......Timothy Dalton
Wow, what a great video! Thank you so much for this. I truly enjoyed it. David's passion for all things Bond just rings through. Could you consider doing more content like this?
Great vid, I‘m following The Bond Experience for quite some time now. Cool you two chaps made this happen, enjoyed very much watching.
Thank you!
TheBondExperience David, keep up your great work. Your channel always brings me back to why I enjoy Bond so much ever since I watched From Russia with Love and read the book afterwards.
That was really cool, thanks! 1. Sean 2. Daniel 3. Pierce 4. Roger 5. Timothy 6. George
Excelent .....
My two favourite You Tubers.. And I'm a big Bond fan and Bond got me into watches.... Perfect combination!
And that's a nice GMT Pepsi on jubilee you are wearing!
That was an awesome show T! What an amazing collection and im in Love with that Spectre Omega too! Best Regards Stuart
That was thoroughly enjoying. Now to put on a bond flick
Hi TGV, WoW what a collection. You are so lucky to see such a collection in person. Incredible. 👍

My 2 fav youtubers. Great vid. Thanks to you both😊

great video! quality is going up and im so pleased you are always so positive, it lightens up my day!
Wow, love this guy. He full of passion.
Thanks so much!
As a huge Bond fan myself I loved this video.
And Moonraker is easily the campiest Bond.
Thank you,
Best regards,
TGV
Great video! Cool collection! Fun to watch! Thanks for the effort both of you! Cheers!
Fantastic to see the Governor, with the Bond experience. Two vlogs that I usually never miss. Interesting to see you two together. cheers!
Thanks so much!
Great Video Tristano! Cinematography and watches all in one ;) Had so much fun!
Wooowww!!! U r the best!!!! Two best things in the world Bond+Watches!!
What an amazing collection, thank you for sharing.
On the part about Flemming not describing Bond's lifestyle; Scott Adams did the same in the Dilbert comic strip by never describing the company or the industry he worked in.
One of my favorite videos youve done.

Chris Lowe aha well spotted. That must have been during the opening sequence at Gibraltar.
The cars, watches, women, gadgets, style,...James Bond is the GOAT.
I find that people's favorite Bond is the one you grew up with. So Sir Roger was 'my' Bond, even though as an adult I prefer Connery's or Craig's films, the Moore Bond movies always make me feel like a kid and bring a smile to my face. Great video TGV, a nice change of pace from the usual videos. David seems like a really awesome dude as well.
AWESOME VLOG as always TGV, loved it...such a great topic & what an amazing guy. I didn't even know about his RUclips channel, will most definately be subscribing & watching his content.
Thanks so much!
I’m a watch guy and a bond guy... about time I watched this one!

Was very fun to do! TGV is a gent.
Pure class! Love it.
TGV I'm obviously a fan of your channel and also really like the Bond experience channel even if not a crazy Bond fan... but seing the 2 of you together... so cool, great idea!!
Thank you so much :D
It was truly a great day, I am so glad that you enjoyed it all the same.
Best regards,
TGV
Incredible!!
really great video, David is such a nice man and the collection should become a museum.
I gotta agree, Commander Bond's watch should always be a Rolex Sub .... although the Omega Seamaster is such a close 2nd. Own both and love both! Great video!

Thank u for this TGV ! Huge fan of Bond, great video!
Bond could never get a Rolex AD to sell him one today!
Love the upside down cut-away at 18:22, nice.
Interesting that he's a big Bond fan, yet, he looks very much like Kevin Costner.
Totally!
I like to eat rice yet I am not chinese
varanid9 as fit as Daniel Craig
I see more Seth Myers
Kevin Costner mixed with Greg Graffin lead singer in Bad Religion
Great video with two of my favorite youtubers - well done gents
He's wearing the Daniel Craig outfit, really cool!
Amazing video! I’m a huge fan of both Vlogs! I have to ask, why doesn’t Timothy Dalton’s Tag from The Living Daylights, ever get any love?
Such a treat!
Very cool stunning pieces I'm my self a James bond freak tow👍👍up 🌎🤙
TGV, that was a great interview with Dave. I know on some level I bought a 14060M because it reminded me of scene where Roger Moore and Jane Seymour are tied together and the timing bezel cuts through the rope. Surprised you didn’t wear the Fleming.
Best. Collab. Video. EVER.
agree
Nice video as always TGV - I thought it was the producers, Albert R. Broccoli's watch in Dr No that was handed over.
The Bronson films will always be by favourite, they were the ones I grew up with
Death wish 1 and 2 were good after that they went downhill(;-)
Interesting! Thanks for another great video.
And we all know what the real Bond-watch is :). Great Video, TGV, really enjoyed the discussion.
I've been following both your channels for a few years now.......
Thank you!
Fantastic!
Great video, loved every minute of it.
Super late to watching this video, but outside of the phenomenal collection of Bond watches, as a "watch nerd" in general the fact that your wife wears a 5513 Sub is awesome!
