I finally did a good build for once!! 😅
Your build is really good for once too!
Oh wow 😂😂😂
Her builds are always beautiful
Boyfriends 🤣
The shade 🤣
Shady in here 🧢 xx
Deli in 15 years “so my boyfriend James turner, previously known as the simssupply” gorllll we know 🤣
2024 and I’m just now figuring this out 😮
Next time James makes a shell challenge you should furnish it entirely with base game and My First Pet Stuff and then film his reaction
I couldn’t rlly handle that
with batuu
And troll him with a really weird floor plan. But make the outside really cool and using batu so he thinks it will be something he really likes until you go inside 😂
I’d totally watch a mini series with Deli and James going back and forth trying to drive each other nuts with builds 👀
😂😂😂😂
'This looks worse, so let's go back and undo everything we just did' is the most relatable Sims thing ever said.
every single time I do the roof haha
Just realized that me watching Deli build just consists of me smiling hard and going “ooo yeah, I love that” every time she places something, like a proud parent 😭
🤣🤣
Omg YES this is so me!! Hahahaha
Love the idea of Deli and James just exchanging $5 each month lol
I'd love to see you build more Australian style homes. I'm American, and I am so over the home trends here.
I love videos where you two bounce off each other like with that chaotic ending. You’re my favourite creators and I just love what you guys build and create!
Damn, Deli still going on with that golden era build streak 💅
😁
I would love to see more build videos that showcase Australian styles and architectures. It would be interesting if you could map any of the existing worlds to different Australian biomes (I think all the californian-style worlds have gotten tired). I've never been so it would just be really cool to learn more about what styles are currently or historically been popular.
Yes to this one. And make it a series on the channel.
James doing his intro over Deli’s 😂 he’s such a troll 😂
Favorite past times are to rewatch Deli builds. It brings me an absurd amount of peace and inspiration.
Dang, I love this build! I am also digging James' look in this vid. Y'all are beautiful people!
I start building after learning from Deli's videos and always obey 2 rules : 1- put sussy sussy lights first and don't put things matchy matchy. I I actually repeat them with myself every time .😂❤
You are so talented, and it’s so fun watching you discuss design! It’s clear you have a special understanding of it, I’m always so impressed!
The "take my strong hand" quote had me in stitches XD
You’ve made brutalist seem so cozy! Love this build
I’m not a fan of brutalist but you made this very inviting! Love your builds!
I am very tired of American modern farmhouses, BUT I’m not tired of yours. I’m curious if modern farmhouses are different in Australia because the ones you build are more modern and more farmhouse-y whereas our modern farmhouses are basically just your traditional suburban homes painted white with black accents and some shiplap thrown in for good measure! Yours are much more interesting
Deli is in her tutorial era 😂❤ ps this house is stunning! Your floor plan ideas totally inspired me, I would have felt lost and made it a one bedroom 😅
I use the tree print in rooms other than kids rooms too! Looks so cool between bookshelves, lit up by a lamp on a table between them :)
This is by far one of my most favourite builds!!
Beautiful Home! I love when you go with the brutalist theme.. I wish I could build that way. ❤ Also lol at James: “Awesome Day! Awesome Day! Awesome Day!” 😂
So I have a challenge for all you sim builders. You are amazing, so here you go.
Start with the terrain panet and get all the terrain Panet done. You can change and adjust as long as you are working on that when you are done, you can not go back and adjust anything you are done. Next, do all the landscaping agen you can change, move, and adjust as you are in the landscaping and agen when you are done and move on. You can not go back or move any of your plants. Next is the shell. The same goes. adjust, finish move on, don't go back or change. Next floor, wallpaper doors and windows inside and out. Next, furnish inside and out. Then decorate, and if you need extra plants outside at this point, the potted plants are in the decor, so use it, lol.
Idk if any of you will even see or read this, but you are amazing builders, and this may be fun to try.
Its so cute that you are each others members. ❤
Deli and james. My first subscribes on youtube. My fave youtubers and now my couple goals to.😄
❤️❤️
I typically do not like this style of house, but you did do a great job of making it look good! I could never built this way myself so it’s nice to see something different. The wood tones compliment the concrete very nicely.
For the roof I prefer a pitched style, and at least a single slope over flat. Especially for residential. I also work in the roofing industry so I’m biased. When people put flat roofing it makes me cringe lol. Flat roofing is the most notorious for leaks and not at all long-lasting. Shingles also don’t tend to hold up as well. Standing seam metal (continuous panel) is better, but you can’t put metal on a flat roof it has to be at least a little pitched. Minimum we do is 1/2 : 12. This isn’t a criticism at all. I just like educating people since it’s part of my job. The Sims isn’t meant to be realistic so I suppose that’s the beauty of it - it doesn’t have to make sense. It can be beautiful while being completely seperate from reality. I can’t expect every Simmer to know real construction that’s insanity. I love having foliage on the roof as well, although I’ve never seen it in person. I think it brings much needed color.
The house looks amazing, I would say lovely but as a brutalist home that vocabulary doesn’t seem to be congruent. I just started doing shell challenges myself, it’s not easy to make it all fit right. I just started watching your channel recently after not having enough content from Simsie (she uploads plenty I’ve just exhausted her content library due to copious free time). Definitely will keep watching you! There is a calmness to your videos I find soothing.
I am personally over the modern farmhouse look, but I still think it can be done well. Great build Deli!
I know this is late, but I love this! Wasn't sure when you started, but wow! (We have our golden, Mr Murphy, no black in our house, and I have carpet only in the bedroom.)
I started playing the sims years ago but I could never build and watching all your videos have really helped me thank you so much
I love modern farmhouse style interior and exterior ❤ Love the colors that you have used together and what you did with the shell challenge ❤
This is probably one of my favorite builds that you have ever done
Really enjoy learning about interior design from you Deli ❤️
I love this and that you made the "previously known as the Sim Supply..." comment. 😂 Fun!
I love when she does this!!!!
I just love seeing you guys together ❤️ y'all are so funny!
You made this so GOOD!
I have a build suggestion ☝🏻 if you've ever watched Stranger things, I think it would be really cool to build a home with the new basement kit where the kids hang out down there all the time and just play board games, watch TV, have sleeping bags too for slumber parties and bikes in the front yard to go on bike rides together! X
Deli, I love, love, love your builds! Thank you so much for this one. Can't wait to use it.
a really nice thing about this build which idk if it was intentional is the fact that the parents bedroom is very far from the kids’ bedrooms which gives them more privacy! pretty cool
When u talk about the sims it feels like Bob Ross is talking about his paintings
This is SO cool 💛 love the concrete and wood with all the greenery, this is probably one of my favourite builds you've done!
There are HEAPS of modern farmhouses in America and I’m still OBSESSED 😂
I love that you said to remember to save. My game always crashes when i forget to save and have been playing for hours.
I feel like James needs to change his RUclips username to “James Turner Previously Known as the SimsSupply” I think that’s my favorite running joke in the Sims community
Great build Deli! You went for a theme and really made it work!
"can I wear that tomorrow?" stop Deli I love you lol
I really love watching your build videos! They are awesome builds, and you always offer some tips and tricks!
I love when you are both on and trying to sign off 😂 Excellent build, Deli!
the snowy escape beam plus the desert luxe ~wooden thingamajig~ because i forgot what it's called.... are absolute chefs kiss! :)
Obsessed with the concrete and dark wood 😍 so good 🙌🏼👏🏼💚
where i live they only chop down tree that are in the way of building. we had a tree next to our septic system and as the tree grew, it tore it out of the ground. the tree behind my home, as it got bigger moved the roof of my home. creating cracks all along the roof, creating hole and leaks. we had to remove the tree, and have a new roof twice. we now have a steel roof, much better, and no tree next touching the house.
I think this is one of my favorite builds! So we’ll done, simple, beautiful and not too large
The outside is phenomenal! I love green brutalism and the sims 4 is so good for that
Please, upload this to your gallery 😊
Depends on the age of a city in the US. Craftsman style bungalows were a thing in the early 20th century. There were some Dutch colonials… split levels were huge in the later 20th century. Ranch style homes that are long and usually a single level above ground and usually a basement. Farmhouse as a style might be a thing. As an architectural style people who built farmhouses just did what they wanted or they would buy a kit home from a sears catalog.
I've seen a tree that is in a middle of the house porch it's so nice!!!Your build is so good😋
y'all are too cute i can't even stand it!! 😂❤ love what you did with the shell, Deli!!!
Omg i love you guys 😭😭 y'all made my day
You're SUCH a good builder Deli! 🥰
can you upload to the gallery please this is amazing! ❤
Love this build! So nice!!
Deli you are so good at describing all various types of designs and also love it that you are so thoughtful and mindful when you do these builds to these asethetics. I wonder if you will be up for a challenge to build using Feng shui principles or Vastu Shastra (as they call it in India)! Don't want to stress you out tho if it is too much of learning but maybe start small and I think it will be something diff for this channel and you might like it as well :) Thanks for creating such good content.
Thank you! I actually researched Feng Shui for a build and I found so many conflicting principals online. There are a few basics, but I think lots of misinformation which became confusing for me. So I lost interest in the video!
@@deligracy yesss I agree it’s so confusing but good to know you thought about it! You’re the best ❤️
Sorta weird that his parents named him The Sims Supply. I'm glad he changed his name to James Turner.
“Actually really good for once” 😂
Deli, I really really love your build style! it's so fresh and modern
🤗
Lol the little "that was good" at the end :D
Deli, for shell challenges you actually can add half walls and things like that, only rule is not change the existing walls or add new walls that change the structure 😊
Pleaseeeee put this on the gallery!!!!
the "take my strong hand" caught me off guard lmaoo. cant believe deli knows about that
Ahhhh pink James!! Nice build Deli!!
Yaasss I love that James is WAMILY!!! Great Build xx
Portland State University built their library AROUND a tree that was planted in 1892. Today it’s about 131 years old! It’s called The Cooper Beech Tree!
It would have been cool if you make the garage into a greenhouse with the new kit. I would love to see Deli’s take on one
Can u put this house on the gallery pls it’s so beautiful ❤
I live in the southern part of the US I still love the minimal modern farmhouse style it’s my most favorite.
Fear the cuteness that is D&J
Deli x Brutalism is always a goal!
James commenting on the chairs like it’s an LGR review 😂
The little “that was good” at the end of the outro 💅🏼
Ngl I always love hearing you call James your bf because I remember wayyyyy back when y'all met
I love the blue and yellow!
Chairtastic build.
JK.
I loved this! It gave me inspo for my future builds. The blinds and the blue loft bed colour matching is A++++
James is a troll on the outro hahaha.
I love it! I wanna play this house in Del Sol Valley with a sim who's an artist and has a studio by the pool🤩
“Take my strong hand!” “I’d rather die!” 😂 I love that movie. “My germs!” 😂😂😂
I would love to see cars come in a pack or something that expands on trades related skills and careers! Mechanics, plumbing, electrical, etc. We need more than just handiness!
Deli and James are couples' goals.
❤️
Loved that joke about sims burning, lol!😂
I think pink is James’ colour! It suits him very well❤❤
I love the blue and yellow room and you saying it's the happiest color combination. It is. It's Boca Juniors colors; greatest argentinian football team. VAMO BOCAAA
Omg Deli could one day make a "build around the tree(/s)" challenge.
Lilsimsie has a motto "do not touch simsie's walls"
And Deli would have "do not touch Deli's trees" 😂
Also maybe some environment-friendly charity/sponsor potential?
Not the Scary Movie 2 reference! Lol Love the build!
I tend to judge what's in style by the shows the network HGTV airs. Based on that, what's cool now are period specific renovations. Now this can vary a lot depending on where you are. Some places the oldest homes are mid century, and others mid colonial! International it can get even older. I remember seeing a show in Italy where the realtor took the American couple to what I'd consider a set of ruins and they opened a door, pointed out to an outhouse and were like 'there is your one bathroom.' what's surprising is that was the house they picked to buy.😮 This is cool. I like older traditional style more than contemporary, which was popular before this. If you have to do some research, there's a simmer who does a 'build it like a nerd' series on RUclips.
I love how after all these years we all keep referring to James as, James Turner formerly known as The Sims Supply hahahah
Ok but you slayed this
James looks so good in this vid, love his hair
When you said Batuu I expected James to pop into the video and say it like he does. Not sure why I thought that would happen lol
My favorite build yet
I think RUclipss gonna explode of all the simmers who are put out a vid about new cars in the sims 4
This house looks so good!
Can you upload this to your gallery please Delistar because I want it
100% true that HGTV has made a lot of us sick of the Modern Farmhouse. Show me shiplap and a rustic inspirational sign and I will show you a place I don’t want to be lol.
Lol when she put my first pet stuff I thought of James right away 😂😂 seriously great build 😊
