@@TheProdigalSon_777I tend to find that when I struggled the most was when I was idle and had nothing to do. Find something to do to keep your mind off of it. 21 days breaks addictions. If you can make it 21 days then your free. Along with asking the Lord to take that sexual appetite away.

I was born again in 2017. Pornography slowly decreased as the Holy Spirit resides in me. It’s been years since I viewed any. Praise Christ.

Those tips for overcoming are the truth.
I was consumed by this vice. Years of self abuse. In 2021, Jesus saved me through an illness in my stomach and lungs (most likely the result of this addiction). This disease made me reevaluate my life and return to God. Looking back I can see the deep, dark pit of tar I was in, destined for destruction. This addiction has has broken me phyisically and mentally affecting my spiritual walk with God and social interactions. However, I am grateful God has kept me thus far and will continue to lead me. Beloveds, learn from me and make a complete u-turn. Don't wait, start now. With divine help you can succeed but you have to make an effort. Human effort + Divine power = Success.

Decide what God’s will is concerning this and decide each day to give your will over to His and let Him work His good pleasure within you! Let Him rebuke the devil through you. I promise you, for what that is worth, that He will give you the victory day by day. And be weary of idleness, for it is the devil’s playground. If your idle, set your heart to read His word during that time instead of seeking entertainment and He will bless. That is what Jesus will help you to do when you surrender your will to His will.

Porn is not worse than any other addiction, and can be consumed without becoming an addict. Just like you can consume nicotin, alcohol, adrenaline, or other easy sources for dopamine, such as gaming, without becoming an addict.

I suffer with this as wwll...God will do so much to get me out of it but i fight and do what i want...i hate it..i regret it after..i went 6 months without it and felt so alive and always get reminded of that time and i feel upset cause im missing the biggest thing , having christ at the forefront of my life..every decision i make, do it for christ...if it doesnt honor christ, than run...flee.. if it honors the enemy, run flee... Pray brothers and sisters...we live ina majorely perversed world right now, the spirirt of jezebel os running rampid.. flee frkm tempetation surround yourself with people, so you dont get tempted... Cause when isolation hits, and your ungaurded ,the devil will come ..and if you arent in the battle against satan, than your no problem to satan.. im an unworthy servant but i will comtinue my journey to get to you wholey jesus..
I quit drinking and smoking in a single weekend almost 5 years ago, but I picked up vaping. I recently quit vaping and lastly marijuana. I've been waning off my coffee addiction slowly but I still rely on it as of yet. One of my most regretful vices I've yet to rid myself of is viewing porn. Using profanity, coffee and porn are on my list of things to remove from my life. I'm not a very good Christian, or even a very good man for that matter, but I am moving the needle toward being a better servant of Christ. I'm so angry at all the evil in the world, but I'm no better I suppose. God help us in the struggle. Hebrew means "he who wrestles with God." That couldn't be more true :) I hope one day to counted as a worthy servant.

If God gave you victory over drinking, then it’s only logical he can give you victory over everything else. Just take it one day at a time and say no to the DEVIL today. The scripture says TODAY is the day of your salvation. Not tomorrow but TODAY. And it will be so until Christ comes. And when you have overcome that last temptation, to where the devil can find nothing in you in which to tempt you, then God shall place His seal on you.

I used to struggle with pornography but I had decided to stop watching porn. Since that time, (when I was done with porn) I didn't know much about the Holy Bible and many spiritual things, until one day I saw a video(s) that taught about spiritually. Now, the only thing I want is Jesus Christ in my life. And read the Word of God, I hope that my life may be a guide in obedience.

My son got hooked on porn at 16 yrs old during the pandemic, he started getting fearful and started imagining that he was performing the porn acts with a girl he likes,he then became extremely scared that the girl parents was coming after him ,he thought others was seeing him and so his mind became unstable .
I feel so sad ,I pray God will deliver him
