The Warewolf Gamer I don’t think it’s the same considering Cruella is a prequel film and she’s literally wearing leather. I think for once we might actually have a Disney villain not become some sort of anti hero for the live action film.
Anti-hero? Im pretty sure her theme has the line "if she doesnt scare you, no evil thing will." She better be a villain. Emma looks great as Cruella, btw.
Crulla Devill no able to wear fur... that’s the whole point of the character, this gonna be just like Maleficent and they completely ruin the character, if you are going to make a movie about how a villain becomes a villain you have to show them become the villain. Otherwise what are we even doing.
1:35 what if they’re trying to connect this to the Glenn Close live-action 101 Dalmatians movies in the 90s. Emma Stone is currently 30 and Glenn Close was in her 50s when she made them in the 90s, so the timeline adds up.
She looks so badass and menacing. It makes me so excited to watch the film. I love that they used a punk rock inspiration and set it in 1970's London. I really love the idea of getting Cruella throughout the decades similar to how DC is shaping Wonder Woman. You would be able to see into her mind and why she turned out the way she did. I actually also love the idea of pg 13 take Harley because then kids can still watch it and experience the character but you still get some of that batshit craziness that both Cruella and Harley both possess. I'm excited to see more of the casting choices in the future because right now they got it out of the park.
I completely agree. I thought Emma Stone wouldn't be the right actress for an evil character as shes so good at comedy. But The Favourite definitely proved she can have a dark side. Loved this movie. Definitely one of the best I've seen this year.
OMG this looks amazing. I love Cruella De Vil. She is my favourite Disney villain and I can't wait to see her get her own movie!!!! SOOOO EXCITED!!! She looks badass. Go girl!
Glenn Close’s performance as Cruella was Oscar Worthy! She killed that Role and she had the most Amazing Evil Laugh for a Female Villain in any movie ever! So Emma Stone is gonna have to Act super Hard to give us anything Special.
Honestly, I freaking love this a lot in a great deal with the info you mentioned, I love 101 Dalmatians, I love Emma Stone, she looks fantastic as the character already with the steampunk vibe, and it's really awesome that Horace and Jasper are gonna be a part of the movie, I know this type of live-action takes on these characters isn't everyone's favorites, but I think it's coming a long way good for this movie, and again, I'm so happy for Emma Stone's continuous success, I'll be patiently waiting for 2021

Helena Bonham Carter should play her older version in a sequel *heart eyes*
