honestly dude, belting is just a really strong mix. but try pressing down on your nose as you go higher! trust me, it helps! and remember that it take time to develop a higher belt. just keep practicing :)
please visit a voice coach as that's the only way to improve safely. It all depends on what you're doing with your larynx and vocal tract. You will get a hundred different methods from people saying what worked for them but that's not you. Good luck!

I only wish that the clanging of the keys on the keyboard would one day be resolved lol, because when I record and sing the same thing happens to me. Although I never took my ears from your voice it would be better if someday someone would come out with a solution to the key release on keyboards so we can get the full sentiment of song and music. Mixed voice can still be belt. Belt doesn't have to be full chest. High belts are almost always mixed voice
